Bathroom door makes noise every time you close it

Great stay

The room was good size but there is little room for a cot. Be aware the cot is $15 extra and filled with springs. The room was nicely decorated. The ac worked fine at night but during the day it was quite humid. The breakfast was good and there was plenty. The new coffee machines worked well. The pool was clean. The towels are tiny, so consider bringing your own. Our shower was under what appeared to be a leak. There were mounds sticking out of the ceiling and the ceiling was molded and coming down. I reported it at check out. The clerk apologized and made a note. Accessibility to restaurants and gas stations as well as Hershey Park is fantastic.

Michelle at the front desk was wonderful and helped us after a tough night at another hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet!

Michelle at the front desk was not helpful and put us in a dirty, smell room. She was totally rude and made me not want to ever stay in a holiday inn again. Jo Ann at the property switched my room to something cleaner and more acceptable. Jo Ann was great and accommodating. She is the reason that I may stay at another Holiday inn.

Clean and friendly

Very clean, the staff was very accommodating with getting us cribs, and the breakfast had a lot of options!

The staff at this property were friendly and approaching. The buliding was clean. I love that they had flavored coffee creamer. If they had an outdoor pool I would definitely return.

Room was clean, sheets smelled like they were washed with bleach (which I like.) Check in was easy with friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. We were close to attractions, food and shopping.

the property and staff were very friendly, however when we told staff Saturday evening the tv didnt work they said we would have to wait until 10am sunday, checkout is 11. so basically they told us we had to deal with it.

Comfy beds & pillows. Clean room, plenty of towels. Property was clean, quiet, well maintained, & well lit. Plenty of food options nearby & the breakfast was good too. Easy trip to/from Hershey park.

It was a very nice hotel and perfect for our trip.

People were in the lobby and outside until 1130 being extremely loud,front desk lady wasnt very pleasant. But the breakfast was good!!

Perfect stay for a concert a Hershey Stadium!

The staff were really nice and very accommodating. Even the breakfast people were super nice in the morning. I love it. The bed was comfortable. Showers were nice and clean and it was very close to Hershey Stadium.

Our room was on ground floor, #112. And it was so incredibly loud in the lobby area until 10:30 at least. Kids running wild in the hallways, parents drinking and yelling. Absolute mayhem.

Pros- near attractions, food, outlet. Staff are nice, courteous. Cons- room needs updating, maintenance. Faucet in the bathroom leaking, air conditioner - dirty (had dust).

This was the perfect hotel for a hershey park trip. the service was next level. the two people at check in were so friendly and helpful. they were doing everything! really great experience. we were able to eat downstairs and watch the game we wanted once we settled in. beautiful surrounding area. very close to restaurants and shopping. best part was that it was 7 minutes from hershey park.
