Everything was amazing Staff were top notch Loved my morning breakfast buffet as well as my dinners. Been going each year since 2020 and will be there again next year May try to go again this season as the skiing is just that good ( where else on the north east do you find a 4 mile long trail )

Staff and location! Pool and hot tubs were fun!

Every single staff member we encountered was absolutely excellent. Truly a wonderful place to stay. Kids had a blast! Game room is a little ehh but that’s a small upgrade if they did one. The outdoor hot tubs and pools were actually HOT ! So nice after a day on the slopes. If I could rate it higher I would.

Ski slopes were easy access. room was kept clean, Staff was pleasant and polite. A special thank you to Caro for going above and beyond. Will definitely return!

It was a great stay but would highly recommend room service till midnight as we got hungry and had to go get Beavertails other than that I loved the pool and hotub outside, super pretty. It’s a great hotel if you wanna walk around the town and the restaurants are really good:)

I enjoyed the room and the hotel amenities. Even the rooms that aren’t renovated are still very nice, clean and well-kept. The service at the hotel is excellent, five-star quality. The staff are all lovely, kind and eager to cater to your needs. The restaurants on site are very nice although their menus are somewhat limited in scope. The location can’t be beat and they definitely have the best apres ski in Tremblant. My only criticism is about the children traveling with their families at the hotel. I found them very disruptive at breakfast: running through the restaurant, crawling on the floor, yelling, etc. to stay at a premium property and be surrounded by badly behaved kids kind of ruined the experience. They need to have a separate adults only pool as well - kids playing in the hot tub, is not good for an upscale hotel.

Our stay at the Fairmont Tremblant was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel combines true luxury with warmth and comfort, making it the perfect place to stay in Mont-Tremblant. The location is unbeatable—right at the base of the mountain, with ski-in/ski-out access and steps away from the village. Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, shops, activities, and beautiful views. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The beds were amazing, the linens high-quality, and the mountain views were breathtaking. Housekeeping was impeccable, and every detail felt carefully thought out. The staff truly sets this hotel apart. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to concierge to housekeeping, we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent—heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, spa, and fitness center—all perfect for relaxing after a day in the snow. The atmosphere is cozy yet refined, ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers. This is a world-class hotel that delivers on every level. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Fairmont Tremblant to anyone looking for a premium experience in the heart of Mont-Tremblant.

Staff around the property were kind, friendly and helpful. Concierge information needs work. Let’s not talk about the complete racket they have on transport to Montreal Airport (you’re talking at least $550 USD + the expected tip). Absurd. Meal prices within the hotel were astronomical for mediocre quality food. Room was well appointed and shower was better than expected. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel, but was fun to stay at if you could overlook the additional almost $3000 USD for eating, a rollaway bed and resort taxes on a 5 night stay!!! We only ate in the restaurant for 4 meals out of a possible 14 with 2 adults and two kids. Very very expensive.
