Staff were very nice, we stayed in a newly renovated room with a king bed (room 201), corner room with a nice view. We were a bit taken back by the mandatory $48 a night valet service for the car. We were unaware of this charge prior to arriving. It was very inconvenient when you had to get something from the car because they had to go with you or go get the item for you. We have a plug in hybrid and asked for it to be charged. By the time we got there it had zero charge left. We were told that we could not have it charged because they were only charging fully electric cars. Had to talk to three people before they agreed to charge the car. We ate at the restaurant, very nice atmosphere and the staff were wonderful. Food was good , but in my opinion was overpriced for this type of hotel. Location was excellent. We had a two night stay.

Fairmont Mont Tremblant is a pleasant hotel to visit. My wife and I did enjoy it. However, the pools were much smaller than I had anticipated (based off of the pictures online) and there was no included breakfast or laundry for the price. I am still amazed that we are in the year 2026 and neither breakfast, nor laundry facilities are free of charge... But maybe that's just me. In general, I would say that the hotel was a bit overpriced for what it was. But you have to account for the location of course. I highly recommend visiting the Scandinave Spa if you do book here. Hands down the best spa my wife and I have visited, worldwide. The spa in the Fairmont hotel was not the best. The Choux Gras restaurant inside the hotel was awesome. But has a limited menu. Breakfast buffet only on weekends.

Won’t book here again. For a fairmont, I was not at all impressed. Hotel seems very run down and not well maintained . Room was not the cleanest. Ie inside the fridge was stained and when you opened fridge door there were crumbs and dirt under.

I thought all the staff were amazing. Always nice, pleasant , and always smiling. The heated pools hit the spot . The highlight for me was the Reastaurant Chou Gras! It’s was so good . I recommend it to everyone that’s stays there to try it out .

Truly excellent service from start to finish! From the valet upon arrival, to the front desk finding us a room early despite the hotel being fully booked, every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The renovated rooms were beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the onsite sauna, pool, and gym were perfect even for a short stay. We will definitely be back!

L’ensemble de spa scandinave est très appréciable. En revanche la musique est forte et tout à fait inappropriée, ce qui mine l’expérience. En ce qui concerne la restauration, c’est pas mal pour ce qui est du Choix Gras. Mais encore la musique gâche un peu l’expérience. On aimerait aussi pain, eau, sur la table, plutôt que de ne se retrouver qu’avec les plats, sans transition ou item particulier qui montre une volonté de servir plus que de faire du profit. La joue de veau est bien réalisée, très fondante, et les accompagnements sont bons. Le foie gras n’est pas mauvais, mais manque cruellement de goût et, je crois, de fraîcheur (il semble avoir été congelé et travaillé après décongélation). En ce qui concerne le déjeuner, à la carte, il est très cher et tout à fait banal. Les prix ici ne sont pas justifiés à mon sens, pas plus que les assiettes sont particulières. Pour le bar, c’est un peu la même chose : les assiettes sont cheap, et rien ne me semble justifier des prix pareils. Un hamburger sec, tiède, quelques frites, et du ketchup heinz, c’est très très cheap. On attendrait un ketchups maison, une mayonnaise maison, un hamburger plus garni, avec des ingrédients mieux préparés. Le bourguignon manque d’oignons blancs, de lardons, la sauce est trop liquide et nous ne retrouvons pas le confort de ce genre de plat. Pour terminer, la taxe imposée de 3% pour l’asso du coin m’apparaît comme une forme de Pizzo. Les commerces n’ont pas à nous faire payer les frais de leur association
