Bellhops who greeted us knew our names upon arrival. Very nice touch. They took skis directly to storage for the next day of skiing. True ski in/out. Although, a little cheesy with 5 dollar per night charge to dry/warm boots. Very family friendly. Extremely well located. We were not there in height of season.

Amazing hotel with excellent service. Actually its been a very long time since I've experienced service this good. Very nice hotel, great pool/spa area, both indoor and outdoor. Poolside bar service was great although expensive. Room was a good size and very nice. Robes for the Spa/pool also a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous hotel would highly recommend

An excellent hotel save for one weakness encountered on this and a previous stay: cleaning staff comes up short. Previous stay, they were very noisy in the hallway outside our room in the morning hours when some guests like ourselves needed quiet. This stay, a cleaning person implied we might not need our room cleaned on the third day of our stay (we did) and then appeared put out when I requested they return to clean an hour later (my husband was still sleeping). This was unprofessional and unacceptable.

The heated pool is perfect! Loved it!

Clean rooms, accommodating staff. Skiing was amazing, the restaurants, the food, everything was wonderful. Would revisit again.

Amazing experience, great location

Excellenr access to the slopes. Particularly loved the outdoor pools for Apres Ski. Was a real treat to stay here

Amazing ski in and ski out hotel. Rooms are nice, lots of activities. There was a Photo Booth, free hot chocolate, ski valet. The car valet and bell hop were also very great with remembering our names and room number. Wish there were more apres ski on La Terrasse during the week, but still amazing hotel.

Property: very old and I’m still in shocked. For the price that I’ve paid, especially at a Fairmont, I expected a beautiful and newish look. The space near the swimming pool entrance was so dirty. The indoor pool was cold. People keep coming in and out from outside pool. Room: was clean but very old furniture. Bathroom old. I’ve paid less elsewhere for better quality and service. They did not even provide a bottle of water in the room. It’s a shame that only the 7th floor is renovated. The price difference is minimal but the service is so huge. It’s big time for some renovations!

The ski slopes are next to the hotel. The staff were super friendly with us.
