Love this resort, so much fun!

we loved the pool, the restaurant and live music, the big fireplace. Our only complaint is that the sheets were not as clean as we expected them to be.

Great hotel for families, lots of activities onsite. Cozy reception area with log fire. Friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was a little dated and could use an upgrade for sure, but enjoyed the charm of it nonetheless. The brunch was excellent. The only downside was the pool area and pool water was cold, I did not enjoy it. It didn’t bother my kids though.

Wonderful girls getaway! We loved the spa and all its amenities. Everything was superb. Can’t wait to return.

the entire experience was fantastic. such a laid back vibe and the lobby with that spectacular fireplace was so relaxing. already planning our next visit!

The room is still outdated even though their website says they have done renovations. Still looks the same as 25 years ago. The mattress was soft and not the most comfortable. For $600/night, we expected better. We ordered in room service (Wagyu burger and filet mignon) and both were excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the cozy atmosphere. Reading a book by the fireplace in the common area was especially relaxing. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet also offers a wide and enjoyable variety of choices. The only comment I would make is that the restaurant seemed understaffed. For dinner, It took quite a long time for our main dish to arrive, and a second drink I ordered was forgotten, so I never ended up receiving it by the time it was remembered.

Everything was amazing. There was a tiny hiccup at the start with our room, but the staff was more than happy to fix it.

The staff throughout the hotel are outstanding.....warm hospitality......fluently bilingual. The facilities are maintained to a very high standard in a historic building. Food services also excellent.
