The staff was extremely nice and helpful

I like this property because is conveniently located across from Hospital Angeles. Unfortunately there are always details. In this trip both USB connections next to the bed were not working and the smoke detector was missing.

It was a great stay. I enjoyed the pool and staff was courteous and helpful. Only problem I had was the toilet seat was too flimsy. Would I stay again? Sure, no doubt.

It's an hacienda style hotel and although it's been there for a while the facilities are up to date, everything feels modern and very clean.

It was a perfect place to rest for one night during a long meeting. The restaurant was fantastic.

It is a place where service is very slow, from checking in to serving your food. Make sure you have plenty of time to spare while in Xalapa, it does seem as a regular thing throughout the city.
