The first room, the key didn’t work so they changed my room. I told them that I’d been up since 4am and wanted to sleep. I got to this room and the room looked decent till I went to the bathroom. Gross was my first thought! Stains on the wall. Dripping water. Dirt ring in the tub. Hair and residue behind the toilet seat. I called to the front desk and the gentleman was so rude. He didn’t apologize, just offered to move me to the prior room.

Staff were good, there is always someone at the front desk, I checked in late at 2:00AM The rooms, hallway, elevators smelled smoke. They don’t have microwave in the room, and no Coffee or breakfast in the morning.

Mold in bathtub, ice machine broke, holes in the wall

Bed was fine, bathroom was filthy, not been properly cleaned. Couldn't use the shower it was so dirty. Right off tbe highway exit so you had the highway noise also.

Air conditioner didn't work, but I was too tired to report it. And fortunately it wasn't that hot out. Had we been there a couple of days earlier when there was a heat wave, it would have been a big problem. The room also had a slight dingy smell. The whole building was very austere.

If you are a solo traveler or couple without children, a single night stay would be ok. However it’s not a place to bring kids. The lobby, elevators and stairwells reek of weed. We had bedbugs in the room. The night guy at reception was a highlight though - he arranged a new room for us that was bedbug free, without any hassle. We were also impressed by his ability to fix the vending machine without taking his eyes off the cricket for even a second. You sir are a legend

The place is a dump. The people were ok, but book somewhere else!

I wasn't there 5 minutes and got bit by something so my stay lasted 15 minutes and I. Out 289.00 thanks

The property was nice outside. But the rooms were disgusting. Doesnt seem like they clean them. Stained sheets. Food underbed behind dressser. I definitely wont stay here again.

Lobby is welcoming but rooms are in a sad state. Good area but parking can be tricky.

Stayed for 2 night's. The room was a good size, but washroom was very cramped. Can barely fit 2 people. Room was also a smoking room. The hotel did not have any ash trays. Also, in the washroom they had toilet paper/paper towels sticking out of holes where the shower head is, and also the light over the mirror in the washroom. Looks like hotel trying to save money, instead of fixing issue. I probably will never return back to this hotel.....

This place was disgusting. Shower curtain was extremely moldy. Chewed gum was on the bathroom floor. Very old without any updates. The entire place smelled of smoke.

We did not stay there. After the first room had a bathroom that was not cleaned, the second room was not much better. We left and found another place tomstay
