Never been to Kelowna before and our stay was medical in nature and very last minute. Was looking for a quality hotel at a reasonable price. As it is summertime and the July long weekend, I didn’t know what to expect. Found this hotel in West Kelowna with excellent ratings and one of the few reasonably priced places. Anyway, I was very impressed. While it might have been a little further from the hospital than what I wanted, the hotel more than made up for that with excellent service, amazing room and incredibly comfortable beds. On top of that, the restaurant was fabulous with so many delightful entrees to choose from. If I come back to Kelowna I’m definitely going to eat there again. While I didn’t take advantage of the pool, I will next time for sure. It is unique in that it’s half indoors and half outdoors. The people at the front desk were always so attentive and helpful. And the room was very roomy, nicely decorated with incredibly comfortable beds. The bath was also gorgeous and inviting. I definitely see why this hotel has been getting such high reviews. And I will gladly book here again.

The hotel is newly renovated and had been open for about two weeks. The room was very nice and the bathroom was fabulous with a beautiful walk in shower, lots of counterspace and even a nightlight. The large TV was easy to operate, unlike many we have come across. The bed was very comfortable, although I would have loved a second pillow. The location on the edge of West Kelowna made it easy to get on our way south in the morning. We had a good dinner at Turtle Jack's, which was very busy. On the downside, the AC unit was old and too noisy to run at night. I hope new, modern ones are on the way! The room was missing the promised fridge and microwave, which are definitely on the way. All in all, it's a beautiful property with good amenities including a great pool and outdoor seating with a firepit. we would definitely stay there again.

This hotel has recently opened We had the misfortune to deal with Christine the manager over a number of issues with the hotel that they were aware of ,and had failed to inform us prior to our arrival including he following The , hotel was arguably not ready for occupation. Hotel systems were not working properly The staff were poorly trained No Fridges or microwaves in rooms Poor communication with the attached restaurant Re breakfast Rooms failed to be cleaned overnight The manager was happy to blame everybody else,but not take any accountability and yet no offer of any refund or future credit was provided. This would have been our minimum expectation and still is.

It was a very nice new renovated hotel except for we didn’t have our refrigerator or microwave because the renovations and was not told about that, plus when we arrived we were locked out and had to knock then call them because it was one in the morning there was no one at the desk when it says it’s 24 hour ..once we called them she came out and got us so that was a bit frustrating but it is a very beautiful interior in the hotel and of course the Husband like that 55 inch TV lol the reception girl on at night was very pleasant as well
