Great hotel, staff great, room great, hotel in the city center, walking distance to everything, my only problem, and not a problem, I arrived at 1:40pm, and had to wait till 3pm, to check in, not a problem, so arrive after 3pm my only advice.

Within walking distance to some museums and old churches, but they need to learn basic procedures with guests I had to go back downstairs to ask them for the Wi-Fi password, which was not in the room or on a room key. I had to walk down to ask for an air-conditioning control that was not left in the room. Later, I had to go down to get a television remote, which was not left in the room. That particular area is kind of dumpy.

Me gusta mucho este hotel pero esta última vez nos dieron una habitación muy mala no me gustó en el piso 1 # 120 el ruido de la TV la gente el lobby mucho es a dalo pero en fin si algo no te gusta no salgas de casa pero hay me siento como en casa pero esta vez no pero no hay problema seguimos siendo clientes

Todo muy bien menos el shower huele mucho a drenaje y el agua apesta

I love the place every time I go to Mexico I always stay at this hotel because of the hospitality they give you i recommend because it’s close to everything downtown

Every body was really helpful and had a good attitude, I will come back , I didn't get to use the pool but it looks good

Very clean,friendly staff every place was close by so that was a plus this my second time staying and definitely coming back next year

Staff was amazing! Property was great. Our only minor issue was the water had a certain smell but everything else was great!

My only concern is that the water in the bathroom did not smell clean. It seemed clean but has a dirty smell.

I was great staying at this Hotel it was close to everything, places to and transportation. We were 5 minutes from the FIFA Fan Fest. We have a great time. I’ll come back and stay here again.

The hotel was in a very convenient area. The hotel is very clean staff was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the water smelled terrible I had to check out early the first day as soon as we checked in I called front desk and told receptionist, they told me to run the water for a while. After showering the room smelled horrible and so did I the water was so bad. Unfortunately as convenient as it is I would not return taking a shower after a long day of travel is a must and should be relaxing unfortunately for us it was not.

Una verdadera decepcion. El agua tiene un MUY fuerte olor feo, independiente si es controlable o no por el hotel, es un olor fetido. Es muy dificil bañarse y mantener un aseo. Adicionalmente el internet no llega bien a las habitaciones, los TVs no sirven bien y el aire condicionado presenta problemas. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

My favorite place to stay every time I visit Guadalajara. Staff is amazing. Overall great place and great service.
