A great place to stay in a fun neighborhood outside the busy tourist area. The staff were helpful and the room was clean and well appointed.

The room is small but everything is well organized and clean. The staff are very friendly and check in check out process is very easy and comfortable!

This is a really nice, relatively new hotel in a nice safe neighbourhood that is convenient to bars, restaurants, shops and in easy walking distance of the main attractions. It was clean, the rooms were a good size. The bed was a bit creaky for a new establishment and the pillows were a bit hard for me. Blackout blinds were okay and the room was really quiet. There was a nice coffee machine and there was also oat milk which I was very happy about. The shower and the bathroom were lovely. Also there was a nice friendly welcome at reception and the staff were very helpful and they gave us a welcome drink on arrival with was a very nice touch.

The night staff were incredibly friendly and had loads of great suggestions for a fun night and morning run in Vienna. I’d not hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel has been refurbished and as a result the rooms are impeccable. The amenities are impeccable. The painting is fresh and I think we got the most well-trained staff we've had in a long time. I would like to give a shout out to Estefania, the receptionist, who made our check-in experience an absolute delight. Everybody who served us did so. They had a smile on their face and we had cappuccinos as our welcome drink. They were very happy to give us a few other coffees along the way as well. Even the baristas were super helpful. They came up to us with the coffee again with a smile on their face. Everybody over there seems to be enjoying working over there, which in turn makes us feel extremely welcome. I would give this place a hundred on ten if I could but for the time being let me just leave it at you will be in very good care.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay here. The location was convenient if you’re planning your visit the Museum Quarter area. Reception staff were friendly and the bar seems to be quite popular. We were in a Double Room. It felt quite small especially the toilet seating area. The bed was a bit squeaky and the AC control was a bit temperamental. Despite that we still slept well and the hotel suited the purpose of our short stay. If you have mobility issues, note that there is a small flight of stairs to get to reception. Staff would help carry your bags if required but not so good if you require wheelchair access

The room I had was a tad small though had a good view. The staff was mixed, though for the most part I was aware who was friendly and who was not. The bar was great with plenty of options. I did not have breakfast, though the menu look perfect for my liking. This hotel is located in a great neighborhood with Museum Quarter located steps away. Plenty of restaurant options, shopping and transportation all within steps of hotel. I would definitely return and stay here again. I will say the folks I dealth with on arrival were kind and very helpful. Also on my departure, the staff at the desk early, early in the morning, we very kind. The gym was great and like that it was quite clean for being a hotel gym, waters stocked and fruit available.

Nice clean place near the main area of Vienna.

On arrival at reception, by Tristan, we were met with an outstanding welcome. We arrived 2/3 hrs early but our room was ready (never expected but makes such a difference after travelling). Room was freshly renovated with high end gadgets (loved the kettle) and we could feel the quality. Carla on the bar was super friendly and chatty and made us feel at home. The location is great and in a safe neighbourhood. Overall we loved this hotel and would 100% return when back in Vienna.

The hotel is in an excellent location, central, and well connected. On a nice, quiet street. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar serve great food and drinks, with an excellent atmosphere. The rooms are of a decent size, with all necessary amenities and have good storage space. As a newer hotel, everything is modernly designed with a hint of the classic Vienna style. The only two, very minor, improvements points are: 1) the towels, which leave a good amount of fluff on the skin when drying. I was finding towel fluff on myself throughout the day. 2) Very creaky bed frames. Everything else in the hotel is of such high standard that small things like that stick out. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a lovely area. Staff were super helpful and we were able to freshen up once we got to the hotel, even though our room wasn’t ready. They have a “freshen up” room with showers and everything you could need. The rooms are new and modern and the restaurant in the lobby looked amazing. We would have eaten there if we had a few more nights in Vienna.
