Staff was very meticulous about the room service, and friendly throughout.

Great location and helpful staff.

The hotel is conveniently located, but the building feels quite old and has some heating issues. We had to change rooms, and even then I needed to adjust the heating pipes during the night to keep them working. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the television, which offered about three dozen channels—all in German—and none in English, such as BBC or CNN.

The room was perfect. Comfortable bed for 3 nights. The staff were amazing and the complimentary 3 day pass for transit was a great surprise. Would recommend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and we felt welcomed. They were a lot of eating option within the hotel and around the hotel. It is also by some good running routes, public transportation, and the bike races ❤️

Despite the gym being out of order during my stay, I had a great experience at this hotel thanks to the exceptional customer service. M. Avetisyan at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly made a difference.

Very nice hotel and convenient, right next to train stations, lake and shops, plus bars and restaurants. Some construction was happening at the hotel while I stayed, meaning it was quite loud at times. But it wasn’t very detrimental to my experience. I would strongly recommend staying here

The hotel Baseler Hof was in a great location for what we needed. The people at the desk were wonderful. It could definitely use a makeover.

We found this hotel to be wonderful. It is a great location for walking around Hamburg and has wonderful facilities. Would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel but the restaurant is a bit pretentious and would not seat us for whatever reason when they were near empty and over an hour from closing. We had to walk and find a restaurant at night after a long trip.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. Clean and spacious room with huge windows and balcony. Very nice staff. Would definitely recommend!
