We had a wonderful stay, our rooms were great in every way, and the staff was was so nice and met all our needs. A beautiful hotel and a great staff!

Lovely hotel with memorable staff and facilities. We enjoyed the thermal bath and piano playing at the bar. Front desk team members and concierge were outstanding.

Old classy hotel but kept in immaculate condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location in the city centre opposite the stunning world famous Kurhaus Casino and a very short walk from excellent eateries.

Very comfortable hotel with a touch of class. Piano in the lobby bar was nice, but a bit loud, if you wanted to sit, sip and talk. Great breakfast! Close to shopping and evening dining. We would return again. This is the only place to stay!

Hotel is really dated, with furniture to show for it. My bathroom mirror frame was chipped , cracked and peeled in some areas, making it feel old. No USB. Key is old fashioned ( 70s ) with a big hanger, so you give it back to front desk or carry a big weight around in your pocket. This was a five star 30 years ago. Comfortable, good service , at best? 4 star?

Other than my room not being ready after a 5 hr drive to get there, my stay was perfect, as usual. Room was nice. Staff was very nice. The gourmet Die Ente restaurant was perfect. The orangerie restaurant was good too. I was surprised there was not a turn down service at night. Only once a day cleaning.
