Dated rooms, creaking floors and noise from upstairs rooms. Constant running water sound in the bathroom. I requested loo roll, coffee and milk from reception, nothing arrived.

Nice enough hotel but it takes eco-friendly and sustainability a bit far. Housekeeping was every three days unless you requested more and have you ever tried to stir instant coffee with a thin flat stick? The in room dining offered amazing food, but for every trip made by front desk or room service was minimum ~7.00 USD charge. But, nevertheless, a comfortable room. Just don’t check in if you expect cutlery, daily housekeeping or complimentary room service.

Great hotel. Very clean. Spacious room with a lovely bathroom. Sofa bed was even very comfortable. Friendly staff. On the outskirts of Northampton but easily served by Uber.

Checking in was easy and the staff at the reception was welcoming and friendly. I was only surprised we had to pay a refundable deposit of £50, I’m not sure I saw that during booking. The room was in excellent condition and our son had his own little corner which he really loved. Breakfast was ok and we ordered an omelette which was very tasty. I’d rate our stay 8 out 10.

We have stayed at multiple Delta's in the last 6 months and they offer a consistent high standard of rooms and facilities. The staff is always friendly and very professional. The one thing that can be improved is the coffee served at breakfast. The current dispensing machines need an option for stronger coffee.

The room was not as quiet as expected. When other guests were entering their room it actually sounded like they were coming in our room. People could be heard running down the hallway. If not for this i would rate this place as excellent.

Great hotel for Northampton

Lots of banging doors. Hideous service charge on bar food. Some parts of the property such as stairwells need renovation. Positive - large bed, comfortable pillows and good breakfast

Hotel staff were very friendly Room was clean and had everything you could need. There was an issue with the reservation as their system duplicated the booking but this was resolved quickly

⭐ A beautiful hotel, but deeply disappointed by the shocking treatment from the duty manager I stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its facilities and overall quality. However, my entire experience was completely overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the duty manager. While I was in the bath, he forcefully knocked on my door demanding immediate payment, as though I had no intention of settling my bill. I was completely naked and explained that I was not appropriately dressed and requested privacy. Despite this, he continued to stand there with a card machine that wasn’t even working properly, insisting on payment in an extremely disrespectful and humiliating manner. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt completely embarrassed and intimidated by his actions. There was no courtesy, no understanding, and absolutely no skill in handling guests. I spent over £300 expecting a high standard of service, and instead I was left feeling shocked and humiliated. I have reported this incident to the hotel and sincerely hope they take it seriously and address it appropriately. -
