Great location and the rooms were clean.

It's was ok, felt a little dated. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a shower over the bath, which I personally don't really like. Quite noisy from the road too. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and staff great. The main gripe was really bad water groaning... So when ever someone turned a tap on, you could hear this loan deep groan! And yes defo water, not a guest! Ha ha. The room doors all slam quite hard so it was generally quite noisy during the evening and early morning. No parking, but managed to park in a pay and display.

Definitely stay here if you’re a deep sleeper. Night club sounds are consistent throughout the night but I drowned it out eventually! Room was clean and check in desk were very helpful in finding local spots to hit up. They even held onto my luggage before my room was ready so I can go out and explore.

Decent hotel, could use some updates, could definitely tell it was an older hotel some of the lights were missing or did not work. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking entrance was difficult to locate, but once found close to hotel and convenient. Lots of restaurants and pubs in the area, unfortunately many were closed on Mondays.

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the in house bar. The room was charming and slightly dated, but no big deal. The staff were excellent and delightful. My big complaint was that this hotel is next to a church. And in the AM the bells rang out at 3 different times. I know the hotel can't fix this, but it might have been better if it wasnt a surprise.

Lovely stay, walkable distsnce to town centre

Loved the ambiance and staff. The room amenities were a bit dated specifically the lack of charge plugs and the 2 faucet bathroom fixtures. Otherwise, a nice stay.

My stay at Benners hotel was lovely. I found it very convenient, spotless and very helpful staff. The food served in the bar was just what I wanted.

Great atmosphere and central location. Parking right next door that is hourly but free from 6:30pm to 8:30am. Close to train station

Really friendly staff, beautiful lobby and bar/restaurant, great location and comfy beds, rooms were a bit worn around the edges but not in any way that would ruin your stay, honestly would recommend to everyone!

Clean spacious room, comfortable. I was able to check in early, which was great after an early start from UK. Central location, great to explore Tralee, I don’t get chance to enjoy a breakfast or the onsite eateries, but I will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay

The hotel is outdated, the heater in the room hardy worked and the switches were melted. Lights were hanging out of their sockets, kettle was ancient - the entire place is dated.

The receptionist was a lovely lady and she looked after us well despite being a bit early. Very nice lady and made us feel welcome. Room was clean and we got exactly what we paid for, great value. As Dubs, we were shocked at how nice the hotel was the price we paid. All the best to the staff.

Welcoming and helpful staff, good cleanliness. Room was ok, beds comfortable but toilet seat was too small for toilet and wasn’t attended to despite us reporting it. Fire door in hallway bangs loudly each time used due to door closer not working properly making it difficult to sleep. Hotel is very central so external noise to be expected.

First off, the staff here are great, as is the bar! That being said, the hotel itself is very old and the room feels like it needs a tune up

Staff was very friendly, food at Benners is amazing! Highly recommend lunch there on Thursday/sunday especially if you like pizza! Rooms are a bit outdated and no mini fridge but it’s clean and comfortable.
