No elevator, toilet runs, sewer pipe broke

Overall excellent experience and good breakfast.

Arrived and advised that the elevator was down and they had no room available for me. The attendant didn't care or even try to help me find another hotel.

Pool in bad condition. Yellow-green color. I used the pool broom to attempt to clean the dirt at the bottom and the dirt didn’t move. Half the free weights in the exercise room were missing. The oatmeal for breakfast was watered down for two days. Like soup. Elevator broken and for a 74 year old senior citizen it was difficult to get up three flights of stairs

We really enjoyed our week long stay in the two bedroom two bathroom, full kitchen option! The daily free breakfast was excellent, staff was very accommodative and friendly! Centrally located and will definitely stay again in the future, if visiting the area!

We stayed at this hotel for a soccer tournament from Friday to Sunday. Davis Complex is a 24 minute drive. When we first checked in, we were given the wrong room. We had booked a one-bedroom suite but instead got a studio, which are two completely different types of rooms. It turns out they didn't have a one-bedroom suite available. On Friday, Pearl, the receptionist, was kind and gave us a free night. The next night, we were able to get our one-bedroom suite. The kitchen staff is lovely, especially the African American lady. The location is amazing, The indoor pool is great, and the icing on the cake is the outlets literally next door to the hotel, with great shops like Nike, Adidas, Abercrombie, Hollister, and many more. There are lots of food options available. The elevator is still not working, but the stairs are doable since it is a 3-story building. Currently, they are not charging for parking because the elevator isn't working, which seems fair to me. Overall, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. The hotel offers a pleasant stay for those attending the soccer tournament.

When we arrived we booked a 1 bedroom suite but it was on the second floor. They then informed us that the elevator was broken and we need to walk up the stairs. My husband had just had knee surgery a few months earlier so that was definitely a no for him. They gave us another room but I feel like that’s something they should share with guest prior.

Was very nice, one of the best stays. Clean, comfy and great breakfast included.

Elevator broken

We arrived earlier than expected into town and decided to call to see if our room was available for check in. The employee happily answered and provided a time to call back to check in. Thankfully we were able to get into the room to get my daughter ready for her gymnastics camp. Great service and a spacious room.

The room was fine but the beds and pillows were awful and the pool was cold

Property and room was perfect! The only thing I would say is they would need to let guests know there is no jacuzzi. Please Residence Inn take that picture off of the profile so everyone knows it’s just a pool. Also the elevator didn’t work and it was a struggle going up the stairs to the third floor with our older family members. Other than that it was perfect!

The elevator was broken and had to beg for lower ground floor. They put me on the second floor but people next door fighting all night. I got up at 9 am on my Saturday morning and left the hotel
