Nice room Helpful staff

Arrived to hotel for check i, room was dirty and there are department of health and safety signs on neighboring room doors. Do not recommend, at all!

It’s just okay but too busy

We had a pleasant 3-night stay. We loved the spaciousness of the room, the fact that we had our own mini-kitchen, and that the bathroom sink and toilet/shower were separate. The hotel's breakfast area on the 10th floor was very spacious with beautiful views of Long Island Sound, and there was a nice variety of items offered for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We witnessed them handle an unruly guest very early the the morning with regard for the other guests' safety and with professionalism. The area around the hotel offered many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance–including both national chains and local options. The urban location means there was a considerable amount of exterior traffic and construction noise, but that comes with the territory. The HVAC system was not the best at regulating the temperature in the room, and there wasn't an option for running the fan continuously which might have helped with the exterior noise. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend and return.

Nice place to chill and explore either by yourself or with family

No hairdryer in room. A few dings in the room. Free breakfast not great, but adequate. Good coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location excellent for our purposes. Reasonable rate. Room very good sized. Furniture could be a little nicer, little more comfortable. Bead very comfortable. Pool and weight room nice. All in all, a good stay.

Nice property, staff were friendly. Stayed during renovations at the entrance of the hotel. Nice breakfast also on the 10th floor. I would stay there again.

Everything was great

Rooms were nice and lots of restaurants/activities close by. Early morning construction in the area prevented me from ranking this higher.

Friendly and helpful staff

Check in was posted as 3:00. We got our room at 4:09. The wedding we were there to attend started at 4:00 and was 10 minutes away. Terrible check in experience!

The room has great space and modern decoration.

Broken elevators and unappetizing breakfast

Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff Convenient parking Elevators need a key card, so only guests can be within the hotel

The hotel location is excelente. The room is ok. Breakfast not that great!

Large rooms, breakfast options could be better

Stayed in Room 822 very spacious and clean. Had a kitchen with all the appliances needed. Living room with big tv. Bedroom comfy bed and tv.

Amazing stay and amazing area

At first the room they provided smelled looked like a lomg Stay room but once they changed it immediately.

The bathrooms were disgusting, literally hotel vibes came in cleaned, back of toilet brownish orange stains did not sit on toilet whole stay, bathtub disgusting. Even after housekeeping cleaned it again hair on toilet. They need to update their rooms asap. White plains is way better much cleaner.
