I had the all inclusive stay and loved the beer . Red wine very basic. Cocktails looked good. Food was well cooked in the restaurant but the usual hotel fare. Waiters were great. Such a big hotel complex. Red towels all over the place at 9.30 when I went out to lie in the sun. I’m so disappointed by the way people behave regards sunbed hogging. I’m going on vacation to relax, not get up early to grab my sun bed. Anyway. Clean, comfortable, good location and good Irish bars next door.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Also This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced the staff’s English proficiency is very limited.

All good from staff to hotel amenities, had a garden room and loved our patio for sitting out, excellent breakfast also

Nice staff, good room but to use spa facilities you have to pay extra fee.

Cleaning staff were amazing and always had the place spotless, and cleaned room to a really high standard. The staff in general were all fantastic. Poole areas were great and the bar staff were very friendly and approachable. We got the all inclusive which was great for the drinks, the food was the only let down for me. It was fine but I wouldn’t be relying on for all meals, it was a bit bland and like a cafeteria. All in all an amazing place and I would visit again .

The room was immaculate and this was kept up throughout the stay . It was so close to the beach I could go for a swim and be back in my hot shower in 2 minutes . Perfect for morning runs & walks too . Breakfast was excellent. The staff were all extremely helpful and the classes had fabulous leaders . It was an excellent place to stay

Lovely hotel. It's 3 connecting hotels. Entertainment everyday. Staff were always at reception and polite. Reason I gave it 4 stars - the room for 3 adults was not great. Fairly small room and the bathroom is even smaller - which is a shame because from the outside, the building is really nice. Lots of food choices to pick from, but it does not massively change day-by-day

I ate in the adjoining sister hotel where I had been advised by other guests that the food was of a higher standard. I was very pleased with the quality and variety of meals. It was however disappointing to see many guests wearing pool-side clothes to dinner.

An excellent hotel on the beach front, great food, great facilities, very friendly & helpful staff

There was building works in the Adjacent Don Pablo and there was noise from the machines all day

Lovely property, some building work going on next door but nit intrusive, food good standard and staff excellent.

Restaurant was absolutely excellent. A great variety of meals. Excellent, friendly service from staff.

Need to improve Please give free water in dining

Close to the beach and town. Lots of places to walk.

Amazing holidays

Quite time of year but staff were attentive and service was good and a bonus having the run of 3 hotels pools and facilities

Overall delighted with hotel staff went above and beyond when we left a bag when going home they delivered it to the airport for us….the breakfast was great lots of choice for even the fussiest person, the room you get is obviously based on what you pay, I personally would pay more for a bigger room with a view, I did have to bring to their attention a duvet cover that had what looked like blood on it, however it was dealt with quickly.. we were there in November and the hotel and torremolinos itself are quiet which is great, sadly a lot of restaurants seem to take their vacation for the month of November…but still enough choice of places to eat….will definitely go back
