It felt just like being in my own bedroom, even though it was smaller! But the location is very close to the pedestrian street, which I really liked. In the early morning, I could go jogging outdoors and then take a refreshing dip in the cool water of the pool. The food was delicious, and the staff were very polite and dedicated to their customers! Definitely worth coming back!

I stayed in many places in Melia but Hanoi is the worst. The hotel does not invest in a waiting room for guests, there is no drinking water, there are no chairs to wait for check in and check out, my family had to stand and wait, it was very inconvenient because there were elderly people and children. I stayed here for 2 nights on a rainy day, the sound of it hitting the glass all night was very noisy, I could not sleep. The hotel room is new and beautiful, OK, the food is greasy, the staff here is cute.

1⭐️ for the reception service of Spa and Barbaard on the 3rd floor, EXTREMELY WORST. At 15:30 on Sunday 10/11/2024, I was greeted by the receptionist of this service with an extremely unpleasant attitude and very impolite words. Apart from that, all other services such as: lobby reception, housekeeping, hotel staff are very friendly. Therefore, instead of giving more points, I am forced to give an average score.

The room is neat and clean, the location is quite convenient to move near the center. The staff is friendly, but the concierge staff is not helpful when I ask about places to visit as well as recommendations for places to eat (quite general) in general, I expect more from the concierge in a big hotel. like Melia when you need help!

good location, beautiful room but the service it so bad. they treat me disrespectful maybe because I am not looking so expensive or what I don't know. they don't use any personal pronouns when they talk with me. they didn't bring luggage even though they do it with other guests. with that amount of money I fell not worth it. never come back again.
