Property was clean and staff was professional

A bit out of the main town, but easy to get about using the public bike system.

Not one complaint. First time staying at property but will definitely stay again at other properties

The room condition are very old and illy managed. We have to change the room since the first room was full of smoke after we move it. The bath room are old and dirty.

Absolutely loved this place!

Just the one nights stay which worked out ok. I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a longer stay, having visited. Very old and tired rooms and facilities. It is obviously an old hotel but it could do with a bit of a refresh. Quite a walk into the centre.

Everything was great, except the bartender at the pool area had to make our pina colada’s 4 times and still don’t make them right. We ended up with zero drinks that day.

Excellent hotel, clean, modern, good value, could be nearer but the tram is just outside hotel Also sevici bike stop over the road near stadium which we used every day to get into centre

Luxury hotel, well serviced, very clean rooms with full amenities. Wonderful helpful staff. Tramway and mall across the street.

Good location near the train station Taxis are always available Walkable to shops, mall, restaurants Nice outdoor pool

Nice hotel by the main train station but on the outskirts of the main hub of the city. Only 1 subway and tram is close by which is all you really need but would like to have a few convenient options to travel.

Maria from reception was absolutely amazing and she got us a great deal on a room upgrade! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! We highly recommend it! 😃😀

The hotel room was very dirty! Dust in My room everywhere and in the toilet! The toilet seat was full of poo when I checked in!

Great property, good location and transport links. Pool doesn’t open until 12pm which is quite late. Breakfast is fabulous. Would highly recommend staying here
