From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Hector and Marco at the front desk—they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even arranging transfers for us whenever possible. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful. A truly stunning hotel with service to match. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property on the waterfront excellent staff.

Everything was great but the food at the property is mediocre.

This hotel is classified as a 5-star facility, however, compared to the other 5-star hotels we have stayed at (Jumeirah and Es Princep in Mallorca), this hotel has a way to go to match them. The hotel shows its age by now and there appointments should be brought up to the current times. The positives are related to the staff who are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. The negative, the hotel is geared towards the people who like to party. There is constant music playing at the pool from the morning until late hours so if you want to relax and sleep in, it is not possible. Additionally, the hotel expect you to spend a min amount of $ depending whether you want to enjoy the pool or another area. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel as it is expensive for that you receive and it is geared towards partying than relaxing.

Dysfunctional in one word. This was our second negative experience at Me Ibiza and this 3 night stay in May 25 was the most disappointing stay ever. Booked a superior room with terrace and sea view. Please view photos of our actual room in this 5 star hotel. Room was totally dysfunctional and totally void of any character, we literally were staying in our own closet, not enough room to hang clothes or store your belongings, not enough room around bed to get out without putting your head in your clothes hanging up, the sink was within the open bedroom and right next to your clothes hanging up. All the clothes we hung up were being constantly splashed with soap and water from the sink. Even the awful tv at the bottom of the bed had been installed off centre and not level. The shower was also open to our room, just a glass cubicle with a small frosted band at waist height. The shower tray had been installed incorrectly so after each shower your dirty water just stayed in the bottom of the shower tray, not what you want first thing in the morning to have to paddle through 20mm of freezing cold dirty water from your previous nights shower the night before. Our room 117 felt very dated and tired, marks on walls, tiles in shower cubicle hanging off, generally grubby feeling, even on the heavily overlooked terrace there was rust stained rendering, dirty glass on windows. General staff were unprofessional and inadequately trained, The single most stressful sensory experience ever.

My room was huge with hot tub, however did have little trouble with the air when arrived but they sent someone to fix immediately. The staff were super helpful and kind my whole entire time there. Breakfast was on point everyday of my stay! Wish the iced lattes were a little better but all in all was a great stay.

Staff was amazing, incredibly friendly super clean property …just wish the rooms had AC during the time we stayed and jacuzzis heated in the evening for Relaxing

The only thing we could honestly say that we did like was the bed and bed linen. The bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't like anything else about this hotel. We really don't understand why people have given it such great reviews.

Enjoyed walking the endless paths along the waterfront from the hotel in both directions. Roof top was wonderful with great views. The concierges were very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially liked our lovely "meet and greet" person! We forget her name in Spanish but I believe she said it was Claire in English (but much more beautiful in Spanish...Kierra?) and she's from the Canary Islands. Just a truly genuine and kind person.

We stayed at ME Ibiza for 5 nights and were most impressed by the people that worked there. I know it’s a five star hotel but you can never take this for granted. Everyone was super attentive and helpful, no matter what our requests or needs. I won’t mention names for fear of missing someone out but every single person working at the hotel was amazing. We visited end of season and so it was probably less busy but even so, the people there made our stay so special. Super high fives to all of you. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, as you would expect and has a small private beach area which, when we went was never crowded, (end of season) and our five year old daughter swam in the sea happily every day. The hotel is never more than about 40 minutes from anywhere by car and they organised a hire car for us at very short notice. Breakfast choice was huge and if I was to make any constructive criticism it would be that the post 7:30pm dinner menu is a bit limited. That said, we tried most of it and all was perfectly cooked and I would recommend everything. We ate in most nights because of our young daughter and she loved their pasta, pizza and burgers. I tried the pasta and it was very good. All in all, we would definitely return and again, thank you to all of the people working there, you are amazing.

The service was exceptional, the hotel is beautiful, great location. Everyone was welcoming friendly and very nice. Daniel was very helpful he went above and beyond and so did the ladies at the reception. I will recommend Me Ibiza to everyone I know.

Absolutely beautiful hotel by the sea in Ibiza. Santa Eularia is away from the party areas of he island so if you’re looking for a relaxing break in Ibiza, this is the place for you. The pool area is lovely and the sea is a few steps away. Good dining options with the rooftop restaurant and the poolside one also. Staff very helpful as well. Would visit again
