Really lovely hotel, great location. Good pool and activities. Food was decent.

Lovely room, great location. Plenty of sunbeds even later in morning.

Was a lovely stay, we opted for bed and breakfast so we could explore the surroundings. Breakfast was good but wish there were some more veggie options, a lot of the items had pork in it, the kitchen staff were good though, although I didn’t realise till our third day they could make me a veg omelette! Maybe share this when guests arrive, especially if they have dietary requirements. Other than that, the hotel itself was gorgeous! The pool was massive and the beach was just behind the hotel. Never had an issue finding a sun bed, all the staff were really friendly and very attentive. Great location, so much to do on the doorstep, would come back and stay here again! Overall it was a fabulous holiday!

Great stay, no ironing board or iron as standard in the room which was a negative. Iron and board very poor quality when requested. Otherwise, a great all inclusive option in a fantastic location

Superb hotel. I’d look nowhere else if coming to Tenerife. Never disappoints. Lovely staff. Well sited. Good food.

Recently refurbed, lovely hotel, it’s in a great position, just 2 negatives 1. Breakfast is chaos 2. Although plenty of sunbeds by pool, it is very crowded. The new bar on the terrace is excellent - we were upgraded to a fantastic room - Thank you

The room was nice, however I left my expensive trainers and hair tool. I once realised after 5pm. I immediately called the hotel and they didn’t bother to check for me or check cctv it was £500 value. I know the housekeeping kept it. Also it’s not 5 start, it’s 4 star. Pictures look better than in person.

Lovely stylish and clean hotel, gorgeous breakfast. The reception staff at day were friendly, the night ones not very helpful. It's in a great location.

Staff aggressively shouting in restaurant at staff and guests. Very intimidating. The hotel ran out of certain drinks and food for all inclusive guests.

Beautiful hotel with clean modern rooms. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a good variety of options. I’d like to give a special thank-you to Abelardo, who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth and enthusiasm truly enhanced our stay and made the experience exceptional. We would gladly return — and hope to see Abelardo again on our next visit.
