We loved our stay at Mediterranean Palace, the facilities were modern and clean. We would definitely come back here.

This resort is ideal if you are looking for a family vacation with kids everywhere. Unfortunately, that was not our situation. Four adults traveling together and spent one night in southern Tenerife. The resort is very noisy, limited A/C in the rooms, showers flood the bathroom floors and overall, a miserable place on the inside. I need to note that we had two rooms on different floors and they both had the same issues. You are also charged to use the fitness facilities. On a positive note, the resort is beautiful outside, very conveniently located, and has a great breakfast. It’s worth spending more to stay at a nicer resort.

Absolutely brilliant hotel & great for kids. Breakfast was really good & no issues finding sunbeds. We will definitely be back.

They put me in a room that already had someone in, then the second one stinks and I had to ask to be changed finally for a room without an apology. And I just had a toddler and lots of luggage so was annoyed. Not exactly a 5 star experience ahahah the bathrobes were horrible don’t even try them on. Great location and great children amenities. Very small rooms. Very busy there. My toddler loved it, me not really. You get a real 5 star experience at the ritz. This is not a true 5 star.

It is a beautiful hotel. Hiwever we had a bad experience. We were on all inclusive but on our last day, my husband ordered the same drink he ordered every evening the waitress (short lady with glasses) gave him the drink and we walked away to sit in the outside sitting area near the bar. However she then came to us with a bill for the drink and we said we were all inclusive. She then informed us the drink she gave was not included in the package. She then took the drink & poured it down the sink and gave him the drinks menu and told him the ones

Our room was on the 5th floor with pool and sea view, so we had fab views. Our room was spotless as was the general areas of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic even though it can be very busy, there were plenty of tables to sit either inside or outside. Plenty of sunbeds by the time we went to the pool in the afternoon. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.

Wonderful property, great location. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful with daily specials. The only thing that disappointed us was the daily charge at the gym of €6. We are both well travelled and that was our first time asked to pay for the use of the gym. The classes were offered free, when usually incur a surcharge, made no sense to us. Also, it’ll be lovely if there was some music playing around the pool, at least for some part of the day.

Recently refurbished and what a great hotel. Fantastic facilities and great pools. Free breakfast with everything you can think of available. Very friendly staff and 3 restaurants on site. Alcohol and soft drink prices were also very reasonably priced. Let’s to do with entertainment during the day and evening. Will come back later this year.

The hotel was redeveloped in 2024 and is bright and modern. Staff, especially housekeeping (daily) were wonderful. However, we had issues with noise from neighbouring rooms. We could hear voices and the TV through the walls. We also had issue with. the food hall. It was often over crowded and waiting time to get into the food hall at breakfast and for evening meals could be lengthy. The food quality was average. On one occasion, I found a large piece of wire in my pasta. I also had food poisoning, which is no surprise given the crowds in the food hall and hygiene habits of some guests. We stopped going to the food hall after the food poisoning incident. Unfortunately, most resort hotels in the area adopt the food hall method of feeding guests. Also disappointed that use of the gym costs extra. The sports bar was never open. We stayed almost four weeks at the hotel and overall we were very disappointed.

Excellent decorative appearance but hotel over rated and breakfast is like a cattle market. Pool area sun beds hogged from 7am by people who keep their towels from previous day. Corridors echo the noise
