Very comfortable bed. Nicely decorated room. The staff in the bar were extremely nice and friendly. In serving us our meal they could not have done more. Thank you so much Finn and Shane. We felt very relaxed throughout our stay.

Had an amazing stay at the Everglades Hotel, everything from the car park up to the bathroom was gleaming and decorated beautifully, the rooms were exactly as expected and the beds and pillows are very comfortable, at no point were we left wanting for a thing as all the staff were attentive and pleasant. In particular, Finn went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay special. The hotel is also dog friendly which is fantastic, especially considering there’s a nice walk along the river Foyle on the hotel doorstep.

We had an excellent time. The staff and food were great. The bed and room was very good. One downside is the bath/shower. This is very difficult to use, especially for my elderly mother. The shower screen is too large to get in and out of the bath easily and it is fixed, so difficult to turn on water. I think the room overall would benefit buy putting in a stand alone shower

We booked a table for Sunday lunch so we didn't use any of the Hotel facilities but it's a lovely hotel and we have been there a few times for lunch and drinks. Lunch was served in the large ballroom, on arrival it was quite cold and a bit uncomfortable. Food was excellent as per usual, good choice and we enjoyed everything. On departure and receiving our bill at the bar a service charge was added which I didn't really appreciate, we are not in America, I normally do leave a tip for good service but this was a buffet and I served myself . I did ask for it to be removed which was not a problem. We do eat out quite a bit and this was the first time I have ever had a charge put on my bill in Northern Ireland. Maybe for our tourists/Americans but not for us!

Had afternoon tea with friends there today for my 50th birthday. Was blown away by the care and attention we received. The setting was stunning and the staff were so pleasant and helpful, they just couldn't do enough for us. The food was fabulous, great variety and easily provided the best vegan menu I have ever tasted. I'll be going to the Everglades for every event now, it was that special. Thanks so much to the team for a fantastic day. 🥰
