Only thing for me is that the towels did not smell like they were cleaned properly…a bit mildewed. otherwise everything else was fine.

Not much nearby in regards restaurants or bars etc but the hotel and staff were good and it’s only a short metro or taxi to more interesting stuff

The front staff was nice and the room was clean. The shower was large and there had the typical amenities. The air conditioning was non existent and the room was hottt. But this wa also during the 40 degree heat wave so I’d be willing to give it another shot

The AC was very week, we could not sleep since the room was so warm, very uncomfortable for sleeping in a hot summer time. Also the washroom needs renovate, countertop was old. The shower was not fully enclosed, only half open, so water got spilled out to the floor regardless how careful we tried to shower. Bad design.

We used this as relatively close to the airport one night accommodation. There is a Continente supermarket near by.

Very basic offering. Central to some good eating and walking friendly area. Almost too eco friendly. Lights in hallways are on motion sensors that don't turn on immediately when exiting elevator or room, so you are in nearly dark hall. Could use updating on outlets for electronic device charging. You will need your own electrical plug adapter to change from Euro to US plugs

Hotel was clean, modern and the staff was wonderful.

Very nice hotel. Long walk to old town, but Metro and train is very close. Room was nice EXCEPT the air conditioning in the room was blowing warm air on a very warm evening and night. The front desk said they would send someone up, but when we checked again two hours later they said it was now too late to do anything. I had two rooms and the A/C worked perfectly in the other room. The window could only be cracked open a few degrees. Baking overnight spoiled what would have been a pleasant stay.

Great location. Easy to walk to it from the train station. Some good restaurants around. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Gave us a few completely bottles of water

Plus points: 1) The blackout curtains in my room were fantastic - extremely effective and definitely helped me get a good night's sleep. 2) Unfortunately, I checked in on the day of the powercut, but the staff kept guests well informed and even allowed guests to charge their electronic devices in the lobby area which had emergency power running to it. That was very kind of them. 3) The hotel is located around many shops and restaurants, plus the nearest metro station is a 5 minute walk away - very convenient. El Corte Ingles is also only a 10 minute walk away which was great. Minus points: 1) Biggest let-down was my room's cleanliness - there was leftover hair and dust from the previous guest when I first entered. 2) The hot and cold water in my bathroom sink had the wrong colour tap. 3) I ordered room service and was told that my food would arrive within 30 minutes, but it arrived after an hour. The burger was cold, the potato wedges were dry and cold and there was a hair in my fruit salad. 4) The room's decor is quite outdated and some of the furnishings (e.g. carpet, bed frame, surfaces) could use some modernising in line with the hotel's art deco theme.

The hotel did not have any amenities like shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Only 1 bath towel was provided for 2 guests

The staff were very helpful and friendly with the breakfast excellent value for money and served everything you would think of. We would stay here again it’s close to restaurants and coffee shops etc
