Good hotel overall. Shower gel was missing in bathroom and the bed was made a bit messy but it's just a little thing. They give 5$ discount for breakfast if you stay at the hotel.

I come often to Saguenay for business purpose. This time I had no choice to take my reservation there because everything was booked everywhere. I discovered a new place that is better than the other place.

Service not very hospitable, no smile. When we ask questions about the surrounding, they are not interested to answer either give any idea.

Convenient location close to shopping and electric charging. Hotel room looks ok. Pool and hot tub area looks nice. Need a separate key to the gym. There's a restaurant on site.

Quiet, very clean, nice big rooms that offers lots of space. Great amenities like a coffee machine, ice bucket, a fridge, a microwave and even bathrobes. Plus, a great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. I will go back there.

Almost $250 per night is way too expensive for a three star motel. Room was cleaned only once during a four night stay. Fit and finish are dated. Ground floor room had a sliding door which could not be locked. Fitness centre was adequate.A/C was poor. Restaurant was quite good.
