The room was very small but clean. The location is convenient, though a bit noisy since the hotel is on a major street. The staff is very friendly.

This hotel is beautiful in a fantastic neighborhood overlooking the Sta. Maria Maggiore Basilica. The hotel staff were lovely, always welcoming and responsive. I would stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay while in Rome. It was close to the Termini Station, so easy access to and from the airport. Also convenient to walk to the Colosseum and subway for other locations. Excellent breakfast every morning, clean rooms, and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Alessandro. Make sure to go the the roof for great views of the church nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Near Termini and in the historic district. Lovely ceiling and wall paintings. Great staff. Good breakfasts and bar. I had my own outside patio but there was a lovely patio terrace upstairs where you could sit and have drinks. I'd go back.

Stay was great. Only thing is the first trout days it seem no heat was available and they did not give us a heads up on how to use and with all the activities in our vacation, we just forgot to ask. But for the next four days, it was not as cold. Also, did not like that there was no one available from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am at the front desk. Imagine if there was an emergency and we had no one to speak to; from a medical emergency to a broken water pipe to locking yourself out your room, which does happen.

The hotel was great. One of the biggest conveniences is its location near the train station. We were able to arrive from the airport and then catch a train to another city with ease. The room was clean, and the staff very friendly. The hotel also has its own charm and we felt quite cozy during our stay in January. Some notes for prospective travelers staying during winter months: bear in mind that this hotel is located on one of the busier streets in the area. This means that noise from the street, including sirens, are quite loud if you have an open window facing the street. The windows help shut out the noise very well, but our room got stuffy and we had to open the window occasionally during the night. We tried to turn down the heater, but in the end, opening the window was the only way to cool off the room. Since the outside noise is not the hotel's fault, I'm rating the hotel at 5 stars. I do wish that the heating element would be more responsive to adjustments though. As a whole, I would highly recommend the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and authentic. There were restaurants (both fancy and quick options) well within walking distance as well as many shops and taxis. And breakfast was fantastic!

I want to share my amazing experience at hotel Amalfi. The staff at this gorgeous quaint boutique hotel are super friendly, kind and caring. I have to mention my concierge Federico. He was attentive and super helpful by making sure that I saw all of Roma.My flight into Rome was delayed and I arrived at 1 am. He was there to make sure that he let me in. I felt so safe. The property is totally secured. The breakfast is amazing. The hotel is in a great location for all of the main attractions of Rome. I will definitely come back to this property. I had an amazing time. ❤️. I also have to recommend all of the restaurants near the hotel. They were all amazing. Chioa

The room I stayed in is very small. There is no space to put the suitcases. I had the feeling that my personal things were being disturbed. Breakfast is paid separately and is average. There is a lot of internal noise, especially by employees early in the morning. I don't recommended.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is beautiful, the decor is fantastic and there is nice ceiling paintings in the rooms, it definitely brightens your mood when coming back from a long tiring day of tours! It's around 15mins walking distance from the train station & Colosseum. The hotel staff is very friendly as well. It you don't want hotel breakfast, they have a drink package where you can get daily fresh juice/coffee for your entire stay that is very affordable (cost the same for about one cup of cappuccino outside at a cafe). The area immediately around the hotel is very nice with lots of great restaurant options, but the area around the train station is a bit dodgy that you have to walk through to reach the hotel. Only thing is for the first 2 days, we declined housekeeping because we woke up late but they didn't come clean the few days either until we complained.
