The Room was nice and clean. I had an issue with the Shower that there wasn’t enough pressure with the water.

Clean and safe

My stay at the extended stay in Lake Forest was honestly just ok. It really wasn’t what I was expecting, but that’s my fault, should have done my research. First thing, the room had a smell, don’t know how to describe it, it was like a musty smell, really turned me off. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so I decided to just bare it but I honestly wouldn’t stay there again. It’s ok if you’re looking for something cheap and you don’t care about the quality. The bed was ok, no issue there, slept ok.

The rooms were very outdated. Box of tissues were musty. Mattress was very stiff and uncomfortable. Guests were talking to us, though we hadn't even checked in.

Terrible place - carpet has patches, holes, stains. The place reeks of rotten food, I will not go close to it.

The staff is very polite.

Easy check-in, friendly and professional employee who assisted in the check-in. Quiet, clean and great location close to stores and restaurants.

The shower head sprays in the ceiling, the ac is really loud and the beds are closer to full vs queen

The property should not be listed as breakfast included. That was one of the main reasons I selected this hotel only to find what they call breakfast was a very small muffin or granola bar and coffee

Very basic - room only. Older everything. Worn furniture and flooring. Bathroom was decent. Breakfast very limited. It was warm and dry.

Room is way smaller than it seems in the picture - but it was clean, quiet and comfy. I would stay there again - about 20 minutes from Navy RTC station

Some rooms need to be upgraded. WiFi very slow

The place is very quiet and very safe shops. Restaurants . they are some rooms that needs upgrading, especially removing the carpets in the rooms in the showers and the cooking plates. I don’t know what they’re spraying on it, but I think it’s very harmful because when you’re cooking there all this black powder it’s coming out from the plates,

All the employees are great. They strive to make your stay very comfortable.

The room is clean, environment is quiet and peaceful. The staffs are prompt in taking care of my requests. The hotel had not done the snow removal at the parking well. The walkway in the hotel premises were all covered with ice. I had a fall near the walkway!
