Beautiful, unique property, perfectly located in the middle of Vejle. Some rough edges, like construction and stained grout. But overall a B room with A lobby, A staff, A location.

Staff were really friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant with our fussy toddler and the waitress brought her colouring to do to help entertain her! Lovely little touch. Spacious rooms. lots of restaurants to choose from. We ate in the Italian which was amazing. Unfortunately the rooms had very thin walls and ceilings, you could hear people walking very loudly, running of taps etc and also hear the church bell & clock at certain times of the day so if you’re a light sleeper it made it difficult. There is also not access to hot drinks even though it states a coffee maker in the room there wasn’t and were told you had to be best western members to get free hot drinks! Also, if buying bar snacks, check pricing- at reception they had a different price to the bar (lower) on the label and then when purchased they actually cost more than the bar, when questioned we were told well that’s what the till system says so that’s the cost (left abit of a sour taste in our mouths!)

Booked a suite and had plenty of room. No AC but windows opened and was a quiet neighborhood. Nice bed and soaking tub. Odd to walk through 2 restaurants in building after checking in to get to elevators.

Interesting concept - thankfully it's never really that hot in Vejle, but there is no air-conditioning.

The property itself is okay, and the staff were welcoming when we arrived. The bedroom was disappointing and ridiculously hot - opening the windows isnt a desirable options as the nightclub

Nice hotel in the centre of town with some good food options inside. Downside would be the church bells right outside your window. If you need/like to sleep during the day or want a sleep in, the bells are quite loud and will probably disturb you even with your window closed. They start at 7am and finish at 10pm.

Firstly the good: the hotel is well placed 50m from the main shopping street in Vejle; the breakfast is good; parking is easy but be careful when paying on the machine - we were charged for 2 days instead of one and the hotel could or would not do anything about it. The bad: the decor in the hotel area of the building is dingy and the rooms are small and uninspiring. In our case a standard room had been converted into a so-called business room by the addition of a couple of chairs and a desk. Unfortunately, all this did was make an already tiny room room even more cluttered. It also defeated the object as the chair could mot fit between the bed and the desk so anyone wanting to work there could not do so. The room was also very hot with an outside temperature of 20 degrees - any hotter outside and it would have been unbearable. The shower was over the bath and had a shower curtain - a relic of an earlier time to be sure. We have stayed here before, but would not do so again. There are better (air conditioned) options available.

Near Vejle bus and train station. But really small rooms and a 3’by3’ shower curtain. Noisy street so windows cannot be opened. Noisy guests as well as rooms are not very sound proofed. Nice restaurants.

Lovely and comfortable and quiet. Super awesome that each room has a kettle with tea and coffee facilities...my home comforts! Great breakfast buffet, I was very impressed that they catered well for a gluten allergy. The only thing that felt missing was a safe inside the room, otherwise, it was brilliant. Perfect location with proximity to the train station and all the shops. I would definitely stay there again and recommend others to stay there.

Great lobby and lounge areas with a selection of different food to choose from . Room pretty disappointing very small and in need of updating , too much furniture ensured it was difficult to move around. Bathroom VERY Spartan and outdated drains smelt pretty bad. Overall poor value for the cost of the room

On the hottest day of the year, I booked this room thinking that, of course, a Best Western would have working air conditioning. Ten minutes after booking, I walked to the check-in counter to double-check if the a/c was working and they said no. On the spot I asked for a cancellation/refund and without any empathy, I got a hard no. Literally 10 minutes after booking, instead of being a human they refused the cancellation and refund and told me to contact Expedia to take care of it. So I called... and I went through at least 5 agents to request the refund that the hotel property told me to get via the Expedia agent. These people are greedy. I book hotels via Expedia for 10 months out of the year, and this is the first negative review I've had to leave. Should the hotel decide to honor their word and give me a full refund, I will then retract my review.

Staff efficient and very friendly. Rooms good, quiet - simple rooms. Overall the hotel is well maintained and very clean, good Covid practices. Room was quite cold on entering which may not be appreciated by all. Bar and food very good, great choice and quality of food.

The hotel is nice and staff are very friendly. Restaurant and bar are very nice. Room was quite basic and the shower always flooded as the water won’t drain away properly.. Felt sorry for whoever was beneath my room as floor was very loud and creaky. Over all was a nice place to stay.
