Family friendly, reasonable price, more modern

Good place

Quiet location

My families flights were delayed and had to overnight in Toronto. I booked the room for them. They had nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel, the room and yhe service. But the best part of the visit and my experience as well was the great customer service given by the front desk employee named Pryanka. When I called and explained the situation, she upgraded the room to give my family a little extra space. Accommodated a late check out and made sure my family was aware of this when they arrived. She went above and beyond.

My son stayed. I checked the room and it was in excellent condition. Check in was great and my early check in was accomodated. Super impressed that on check-out before I gave my room card he knew who I was. Now that's customer service.

Lovely facility

Hotel was Clean. Breakfast was very good and kids liked the pool. Beds were comfy and safe parking.

Friendly staffs who are always smiling, breakfast was excellent and bed /pillows were oh so comfy.

Beautiful property, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms actually looked like the pictures on the website!

The front desk staff were always very helpful and accommodating. The whole vibe and decor is so pleasing and relaxing. No dull colors like other hotels. The lobby was so welcoming with all the colors and bright ligting. I especially liked the fact that there was no carpet in the rooms which made the air quality so much better. The breakfast was always awsome, with a lots of variety. Glo by Best Western is my new favorite hotel. It's gonna be hard staying anywhere else.

The hotel was very clean and our room was exactly as the pictures showed and we had lots of room for 3 people. Enjoyed our stay

GLo is a lovely hotel situated close to several restaurants and a Cineplex as well as being close to the 491 for cross city travel The hotel is clean and modern with the room being spacious and neat. Finally a hotel where the fv is on the wall and not sitting on a low desk or dresser! The morning buffet was well stocked and had plenty of choices for breakfast. I world definitely stay at GLo Mississauga again!

The stay was amazing thanks to the lady who check us in. I must say that the deposit fee should be posted on the booking as it was more than the cost of the stay . Overall I’m happy with the service and the assistance from the lady who check us In
