Had everything we needed and was clean

Very clean and the staff are always inviting and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is always yummy.

Excellent hotel

We arrived about 7 pm. The front desk was empty, but someone came from the back pretty quickly. She did not smile, but wasnt rude. Our keys did not work. The exterior doors, so had some issues getting back in after we parked. Even after reprogramming, the keys did not work on exterior doors. Room was very clean and smelled nice. It was more spacious than I expected. The TV is limited directv, not a smart tv, which I was disappointed in. The mini fridge was super mini and did not have a freezer section, so our ice cream had no place to go. The bedside tables were really nice with easily accessible power outlets and usb ports. Overall, it was a really nice hotel, but the lack of a smart TV is a big issue these days.

The communication was horrible, I didn’t have a room ready and they ended up putting me in a handicap room and room service never came to clean my room, and everyday someone banged on my door at 8am but disappeared by the time I got to the door

I.love the free breakfast option, free parking, comfortable beds, quick check in. The only things i notice was i didnt have a closet in my room.

Service was great only problem was the room bathroom tub ran and ran tightened it as far as it would go and still ran.

It had a nice weight room and great breakfast.

Breakfast was not hot but warm abd they never refilled when simething was emptied.

First time at a Hampton. Will use y’all again.
