Close to University of Tampa

Katina at the front desk is super! So friendly and great personality. Breakfast was good, plenty of options and everything hot that was supposed to be. Rooms clean. Within walking distance of restaurants and the concert that we were in town for. Only minor downside is the pool. It’s between 2 buildings so sun doesn’t hit it til like 2pm. Would stay again.

Staff were excellent! Very kind and attentive! They are the reason I will come back. The rooms need to be updated. Parking was very easy and convenient.

Very Limited options for food and drink at the hotel

Hotel was perfect for University of Tampa parents weekend.

Room could have been cleaner, had to have my sheets changed due to killing a bug on it. tub was not cleaned and toilet had to be fixed by maintenance. Tv did not work in one of the bedrooms and maintenance never came after front desk said would send someone

We woke up and found a large dried blood stain on the comforter after we slept in it. It was disgusting and honestly, dangerous as blood borne pathogens can last weeks.

The room was comfortable.

This hotel doesn’t supply enough towels. Only one face towel. One bath towel and two drying towels for two. No room service until the 4th day. When called for additional towels room service only brought one face towel. How do they expect one to use the small face towel to wash face and butt for four days.

I did have an issue with the a/c in my room, after two days the room didn’t cool off according to my temperature setting.
