I enjoyed my stay here staff were very friendly and was a very nice atmosphere. The property is older but that is displayed on the pictures. The buffet break fast had a lot of options and was very good. It also felt very clean through out the hotel.

AC- internet not working!!!!! in VIP Room, seems operated by very young untrained staff / I travel lot / not recommend , poor location! JB USA

Leider war am Abend kein Restaurant im Hotel geöffnet.sonst war alles gut.Sehr ausgiebiges Frühstück und grosse Zimmer.Preis Leistung sehr gut. gute Verbindung mit U-Bahn nach Prag.

Choose this hotel due to fitness: it is old and in dangerous condition. The staff obviousely do not like their jobs, acting like being bored.

If was a lot of people on reception desk and it takes more time to check in that I expected But overall impression still good because room was big and comfortable Breakfast is also good So we enjoy our stay in top hotel

I booked an available room with Expedia, I payed it, got email confirmation, everything apeared to be ok. After 30 min I called them to ask details about the parking place. I had to try for many times, they didn't answer. When I finally cought a line with the reception, they found my reservation but didn't have the room I payed, "the hotel is full , try to go somewhere else, not my problem"... after some hours and more than 90 minutes of music played on the phone by Expedia ( roaming fees), Expedia's relocation team found us another hotel to sleep. Thanks to Expedia that we didn't sleep in the car, but in a nice hotel ( Best Western Amedia).

Not enough vegetarian options for dinner. Breakfast is good. Good bus service to hotel.

Poor services and facilities. Room with extra payment of Euro40 per night for upgrade to air-conditioning, but not cool at all.

No customer service in English Rooms too big but very less amenities No tea coffee or kettle I will never stay in hotel like thus

expected hotel but got loads of halls. advertise restaurant, but closed.no hotel services. no room service. no hot food for breakfast. this is not 4 star hotel.

For the price you're paying here, I think the hotel is very good. Pros: location is quiet, big rooms, clean cons: terrible staff attitude absolute horrible, asking them anything is like opening a can of worms! this includes, front office, bars, breakfast areas. just don't ask them anything and you'll be fine! room refrigerators dont really work and you're not suppose to ask My flight was delayed so I requested 2 hour delayed checkout after 4 day stay but the answer was NO, thats it :) I don't believe this hotel is safe for families and kids because its like a ghetto area, a lot of people are standing at the door all the time, fighting and joking, god forbid if you say something you're in for a fight as well. There's no hotel security so If wouldnt suggest this hotel if you're bringing your kids for holidays. but if you're alone, just want to stay for the night and leave early mornings. Its not so bad!

Not good at all.I booked a room with a King bed and upon check-in there was only twin beds available. Check in was painfully slow with three or more front desk people working to serve one or fewer guests at a time. The hotel is not very close to anything but seems to only serve large groups that don't mind dirty eating areas at breakfast.

The hotel is a huge complex, outside the city. But overall very comfortable and had a jacuzzi tub.

No air condition. Old furniture, the bed was small and matress thin.

Stayed for a conference. Building & furnishing rather ' tired' and typical of E European hotels from former times. Mattress v uncomfortable - unsprung & c 10cm deep. Breakfast poor & akin to university canteen.
