The location is very strategic, though heavy traffic that we can't avoid but still convenience by walking to Big C, Platinum, CentralWorld, etc.

It is a good and proper hotel with all the basic facilities ready for use. Location is great too.

I had a less-than-satisfactory experience here:- The rooms were small and outdated.- Basic bathroom amenities were lacking, especially - the absence of a bidet spray for the toilet.- There were few lights in the room, and the yellow lighting made the atmosphere very gloomy. The only positive point is the location.

The bathroom is terrible, if you want to take a shower you have to climb into the bathtub and the water will splash onto the floor. If your parents want to take a shower, what's the best way? The bathtub is afraid it'll be slippery.

The staffs are not very service minded, the location is good.

The hotel's location is very strategic because it is next to Big C which is open until 2 am. At Big C we can buy various kinds of food souvenirs. Hoping to get a double bed but given a twin bed. When exiting the elevator there was a nauseating smell in the hotel hallway, even so the room was no problem. The food was delicious although there were not many choices.

Need renovations, No bidet shower

The hotel is good, strategic but unfortunately the toilet doesn't have a bidet, and the shower is not a hose but a wall shower above the bathtub. So it's a bit difficult for me when I go to the toilet to wash/clean.
