The breakfast was bland no taste , laundry ok

Not the best. Asked for a crib and never got one. Only got our room cleaned once

This is a place to stay. If you just need a place to get a comfortable night's sleep and a quick bite of breakfast. Fits the bill. No fuss, no muss. Clean, and comfortable. Front desk was very polite and helpful. Parking would be my only concern. Lot appeared to seem full when I pulled in but found out there was underground parking available.

Shower drain was slow, ran out of hot water during shower. Shower curtain was installed wrong so water splashed out all over floor. Breakfast was good. Over all good for the price.

Got in at midnight from a late flight but the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was on the smaller side for a family of 4 but it was clean and I appreciated that the flooring was not carpeted. Sheets and towels were clean and bed was comfortable. Area around the hotel is a little sketchy but it was quiet and we still felt safe. Lots of good places to eat around.

Great value. Remodeled, breakfast included, comfortable bed. Biggest issue was that floor of my room was not clean, and minor nit was that they didn't replenish coffee with maid service.

The rooms were clean and everything worked perfectly

The air conditioner did not want to turn on after the first time it ran for 15 mins. When I got back to My room at night I was woken up at 4am hot and sweaty

Showed up quite late at night for check-in, and felt nervous about the area They had security on site, and front desk assured us we were safe Glad we stayed, hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Happy with our stay there

I was really impressed with my room. It was spotless and comfortable. The bed was cozy and the lighting and decor made the space feel welcoming and relaxing. I also appreciated the friendly front desk. Everything worked perfectly, and I had a peaceful stay. I’d definitely book this room again!

The room was really small and we booked it for 4 nights. It was close to most of attractions and sea but We didnt enjoy due to smaller rooms. The breakfast has great options but repetitive so absolutely no different than other day so it became boring on 5th day checkout....

I was terrified

The first room was kind of musty spelling, so I told the staff and they moved me too much better and they were very accommodating.

Cleaning and food service workers were great. But the house phone in our room was broken and the television was not set up properly to be of much use. Maintenance replaced the phone but did nothing to correct any issues the TV. TV kept going to game mode, then it would jump to cartoons. The remote was not synced to the tv properly.

Just parking spots were tight for an SUV

The hotel staff were very polite and informative. The room was clean and catered for our needs. The only setback was the noise you could hear when the other apartments/rooms were using their bathroom facilities.

Our ice bucket has hair in it and it smelled like an ashtray. So gross.

The hotel was in a good location because it was easy to get to everything. The drive to get to places was generally around 10 minutes from or less. The drive to the Zoo was 15 minutes.
