Waited 2 hours past check in time to get room. Breakfast staff was never helpful to the point manager had to get involved. Missed cleaning the room twice.

The Sheraton is a large property, so the size lends itself to several dining options, a very large gym, spacious areas to hang out. WiFi coverage was excellent.

A nice hotel for work or family, there are multiple casions on site if that is your thing. About 10 to 15 mins away from the city centre. Be mindful that there is a lot of traffic always

AVOID: Bed was sagging. Furniture was broken. AC didn't cool. Wifi was broken. Filthy window. Had to stoop to use bathroom. Food was terrible and overpriced. I paid for 6 days but checked out after 1 night it was that bad. Desk agent didn't ask if he could do anything to fix the problems, suggesting my experience is common.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The staff was primarily bilingual, offered to help with anything needed, and offered water bottles as part of the service.

Excellent fitness center. The property is rundown, the bathroom is too small for a tall person, I stayed on the 6th floor and the windows were dirt. The desk chair is peeling.
