Room was clean and staff friendly. But hotel loud, doors slamming, ice machine loud, showers and other toilets flushing. It was one of the loudest hotels I have ever stayed in and made it hard to stay asleep.

There were fees for parking that were not clear on the Expedia page. The room had an uncomfortable bed and was cold. The shower never warmed up beyond lukewarm. Nothing about my stay was even adequate. I will not by using Novotel again, nor will I be booking through Expedia.

Excellent location since metro and food court are attached. But pillow was a bit tall, blackout curtains had trouble closing, and no Smart TV.

We spent one night at the hotel. The lobby was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There is public self-parking available with multiple in-and-out access if you arrange it with the hotel reception. Expect some delays in responding your inquiries prior your trip, not very fast. Overall, it was a good experience.

Staff were to come by every other day rather than every day. Check in was terrible- they did not have tap for the credit cards for the damage deposit (the room was paid via expedia using the same card) and it misread my pin, thus causing me to be locked out (who uses a pin any more?). Eric then said to use the bank machine down the hall to change the pin (but to do that you need to be sure what the pin is and their machine made me unsure). Then I tried my other c. card which works everywhere but their machine would not recognize that pin either (it does not have tap). They would not accept cash so I used a debit card to take a much higher deposit. They they wanted my license a second time to photocopy it. It was humiliating. Then they explained the parking and I had to come back to the desk with the ticket. I parked and did so. The next morning the person asked why did i not give them my license number? So I did and had my deposit refunded other than parking but only after they sent someone to the room to check it all! Really? Then upon leaving the gate would not open to leave parking by scanning the ticket. I had to call the intercom 3 times with cars behind me waiting. Even then they did not want to let me out. I explained I had paid for the parking for one night at the front desk and dug up the receipt. Then they let me out saying that it had expired at 6 pm. Surely the front staff know this? Never again- avoid this place. Next time I want rest not nonsense.

The room was clean and bright with lots packed into a smaller footprint. Extremely quiet, which is important to us. Oddly enough, the phone needed to be explained to me, as it works in a way I'd not experienced. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. Parking lot is easy to navigate. The bed was not so good. Not just firm, but slab like, but that is the only complaint.

Not a great experience. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed at first. I had to call and then they agreed to give me a king size… that I paid for…. The view of the second room was very nice. On the second night, I got back around 6:30 pm and there was not water. No one advised us, no follow up, no communication whatever. This was ongoing all night. Eventually we were able to shower with cold water in the morning (no hot water). Again ZERO communication, no compensation whatsoever, vouchers, credit, they just said if you are not happy, you can cancel the room, but we had no where else to go…. Bad customer service. Paid full price and got the wrong room and no water. I would stay away
