Great place to stay with a lot of dining and shopping options nearby. We stayed during a heat wave so it was hard to tell if our room was a bit humid because of that or because of the hotel. Shower had a few chips in it but worked fine. Otherwise, no complaints.

Expensive paid for the location because of subway and it’s not working for the stadium. Would not have stayed here otherwise.

Hotel was ok and well located. Staff was very nice, but did not help at all. It’s a self serve in terms of loading and unloading suitcases. Room was small and bathroom was not the cleanest. The tub felt old and dirty, and the water took forever to go down.

My stay at the Novotel North York was disappointing. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and outdated, and the shower was in dire need of an upgrade. The shower floor was disgusting, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. I expected much better maintenance and cleanliness.

Great location for subway access. Very expensive for what you get. Can hear everything through the walls. Paid for two days of parking with in and out privileges when we didn’t need to go anywhere. Breakfast not included. No top sheet on bed, so if hot had to take the one blanket off. Bed was just ok, not super comfortable. Housekeeping knocked on our door at about 10 to see if we were checking out even though our do not disturb sign was on the door. She was a bit rude when I asked why since checkout was 12pm

Hotel was easy to get to, easily accessible to parking, shopping, metro/subway. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nice, nothing fancy but still good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's a hotel. But it's on the main subway line, there are tons of restaurants, mostly asian but that suited us. Location near 401 makes travel easy, well as easy as it can be in Toronto. We’ve been here a lot. And will be again.

Issues with getting HVAC to get the room to room temp--way too warm. Everything else was ok.

Even though it’s far from downtown, parking is still charged because it’s a commercial area.

The location is great, super convenient to get anywhere in the city by transit or by car. Room was small but good for one person. The AC in my room wasn’t working and I asked the front desk to come take a look while I went out for dinner but I’m not sure if anyone showed up because it still wasn’t working when I got back. Frustrated with the lack of follow-through/ follow up. It was also difficult to find parking, I almost got a parking ticket trying to find the info on their website for hotel parking. It’s in the underground garage but it wasn’t clearly noted until you were able to enter the hotel round-way driveway. At the time I arrived there was a vehicle blocking entry from the road, which is why I almost got a ticket for stopping on the road in a no park zone.

We had an accessible room which really helped accommodate my husband . Our parking was right by the elevator door and so was our room. Easy check-in . Parking not bad price for Toronto-$21/night . Easy on and off to 401 . We had a wedding to attend so this was perfect for us !
