The rooms were clean and spacious and the view was breathtaking

The hotel has been newly renovated. Rooms were clean. No pool or food available onsite. Pool is free for guests next door at local gym but was closed due to maintenance for two months

Beautiful hotel with great view. Rooms were great but on the smaller size. My issue is there is no restaurant open and no breakfast available. I would inquired and they said it has not been open for years. Not sure why?

Hotel is nice. But when we got there they had no amenities except coffee. The restaurant was closed and nobody notified us until we checked in. The pool they advertised which is across the street and we were told it was open and got passes, then the next day we went to go to it they told us it was closed for summer. I paid 510.00 for one night at this hotel and expect at least some communication.

Great hotel

Parking was great. Needs to have some dining on sight. An inconvenience to have to go out all the time. At least should have breakfast availability.

Love staying here staff are very pleasant and more than helpful . Restaurant needs to be opened then 5 stars all around also at 500 a night I should be able to control the thermostat in my room I set it to 18 but it would stay at 22.5 all night which is too warm for me with the humidity . A beautiful spot in Kenora with an incredible view. Rooms were neat and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay there again!

Room was clean, view was great and bed was really comfortable. Only thing that would have been nice to have is a restaurant in the hotel. But that said we had an awesome stay and will stay here again.

Great rooms and property. Must get a restaurant and breakfast. Must also get coffee in lobby in morning, the machine there now is junk!

View of the lake was excellent from our lake front room. Room was modern and very comfortable. Parking was convenient and included in the room price. The addition of the floating dock lounge area was excellent. Our only complaint was that there was no bar or restaurant in the hotel.

I didn’t like the fact I paid $400.00 for a water view and 10th floor. When my son and girlfriend checked in they were put on the third floor with parking lot view. I booked the room and didn’t tell them about which floor or room prior. So needless to say I was disappointed to hear about this lower vibe room the next day from them. False false false. It be nice to have a comp. for a next visit. Regards Warren
