The rooms are dated but very clean. Excellent value for the money paid.

The free breakfast was above average. I liked the freshly baked waffles.The bathroom was clean. The cleanliness of the bedroom was average. There was no elevator for going up to the second floor rooms. They provide free shuttle bus to and from the airport, very convenient.

Although this hotel is older, it is kept very well, staff cleaning all the time. No complaints on cleanliness or state of rooms. The staff are very friendly, efficient and go out of their way to assist. Shuttle to airport good except for not running between 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The breakfast is typical. Nothing special but lots of it. Restaurant beside breakfast room and an English style pub on other side of lobby. Would use this again for airport hotel.

The inn is tired with old carpets in the room. They use some smelly disinfectant on the carpet that lingers in the room. Thankfully we were able to open the window. This smell gives overall feeling of ‘not clean’ although the bathroom and surfaces are or appear clean. Breakfast was very good. Especially the coffee.

We were pleased with hotel but surprised to learn there was no elevator. Only 2 floors. It was manageable but with a 50lb suitcase it would have been nice to have booked on the 1st floor. Without that then the stairs were fine. The restaurant on one side and pub on the other was great and made eating out easy.

The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly and welcoming. The property, however... If they told me they were filming a Stephen King movie in the 2nd floor hallway I would have believed it. The room itself was very dated, but the bathroom and bedsheets were nice and clean. The carpet was kind of questionable. This is an old property, but staff clearly do the best they can and I appreciate it very much. The shuttle driver was also very nice.

Terrible experience

Quality Inn at the Toronto airport was close and convenient. There is food onsite and close to gasoline for rental car fill-up. The rooms were clean, although the decor made the room somewhat dark. It is a good, one-night stay to catch a flight.

Front desk staff was good, rooms are dated but bed was clean. No elevator was an issue, as this is so close to the airport you can be sure that most everyone has lots of luggage which you have to carry up 2 flights of steps. Also with being close to the airport folks are leaving very early in the morning like 6:00 shuttle, however breakfast that’s supposed to be included at starts at 6, is in a locked room so you can’t even grab a muffin or banana, maybe put a few things out by the tea/coffee area for those that have paid for the free breakfast and never got it. Shuttle bus are only vans so only 12 can fit if you’re lucky, and the vans are very dirty and run down.
