Don’t eat at the hotel restaurant. Service is mediocre and food is nothing to talk about it

literaly they don't let you check in until 4 pm even if your room is ready because they want you to pay a fee to check in early. After a 10 hour flight I got there at 3:30 and I had to wait until 4pm to get my room. I never saw any people cleaning or vacuum or cleaning the place. The carpet was fillty. Breakfast was good, the person at the counter was very pleasant. They don't clean your room, after I requested the service for 5 days, I stayed there just one time they came to clean my room.

Breakfast is very good

Great hotel with access to public trasport. Healthy and delisious brekfast. And on a top of it great price. It was the best weekend in Oslo.

Room, staff and breakfast were all good but you will get fine from the outside parking eventough you pay for it. Plus the chargers outside didn’t work so I had to pay for the garage aswell. Whole parking ended up costing 1000 NOK plus the time spent on writing a complaint to the parking firm. Staff was nice but unable to do anything to the parking situation, which was a bummer.

The hotel was lovely, modern and the staff were great. Daily room service was available if you want it. And a good range of options for breakfast buffet. Main downside is the beds were really uncomfortable- we booked a queen bed and got two single beds pushed together.

Located in business district and a stadium nearby. Lack of parking spaces and if you do not find a parking spot, you have to drive else where to park. There was no floor towel for the bathroom which makes the floor wet and slippery. Breakfast spread is very good though. Lots of sittings and you dont have to worry about unable to find sitting spaces.

The view from the room was incredible, huge wall sized window! The room itself was lovely and the staff were super friendly. The restaurant looked lovely but nothing on the menu took our fancy so we ate at the local dominos

Lovely room, very comfy bed but noisy fridge and air con unit. Excellent service from the staff. Good buffet breakfast with plenty to choose from. Sting in the tail ~ paying 330Kr [about £25] a day for parking.

mattress is a bit soft to my taste. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choices.

Property was clean, safe and our room was modern, clean and spacious. Best part was the awesome breakfast buffett. Plenty of choices for bread, cheeses, gruits, cold cuts, drinks. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro

Room door was opened upon check in with mop sleeve on the hallway carpet. No change of room offered. Room was dirty and dusty upon entry. Door was unable to be unlocked and opened when returning to room. No accomodations were provided to us.
