Really have not been enjoying the atmosphere here latley being charged for unknown reasons and called to see why and no one has a clue whats happening or what it is your being charged for.

This is our second time staying at this property room was clean staff was nice it was a good stay. I just want to let you know that they are renovating so some floors looks like they are renovating. They clean the room everyday so if you don’t want your room to be cleaned please put the no disturb sign. Overall great stay I will be going back.

Loved the bed and the price was more than reasonable.

The staff seemed to be overwhelmed by multiple check in’s Couldn’t use coffee maker in room as piece was missing, staff seemed to be aware when mentioned Door to room had over an inch gap on side and bottom which let in noise and hallway light Was only able to extend stay online as staff stated to busy Hope when all renovations are complete the hotel will function better

Room was terrible. Not cleaned and got pet hairs on the bed.

So noisy don’t have water no wifi I’m never forever comeback that hotels anymore

Our stay was honestly disappointing. The room never felt properly clean. Basic things like toiletries weren’t provided properly and even the ones that were there looked half-used and got taken away without being replaced. We had to keep calling them for everything, even for simple things like towels because there weren’t enough in the room. It just made the whole experience inconvenient and frustrating.

Had bit of an issue checking in Keisha was very helpful

Room was very dated, but clean. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast included.

The room was clean, showing a little of its age but still comfortable. Staff was good, we’ve been coming here for years, we are noticing it’s hit or miss with the staff, some of them knows us and greets us like family others it’s like they are greeting us for the manual they used in orientation. We are finding the customer service is dropping a little. But still a really good place to stay

After many years of being their customer, I am surprised that customer service is going down fast. We have stayed there at least four or five times a year over the past ten years. And since new staff this was the worst we ever had. We tell them each time we come in it’s for med appointments and we need a quiet space. They always try their place but this time the receptionist didn’t understand and couldn’t get it. She put us between two rooms with screaming kids, when we asked to be moved she put us in a room where the lite switch didn’t work, the refrigerator made such a loud noise and we come hear when the next room turn their water on, when we told her she didn’t believe us and had housekeeping to check before moving us in the old wing where they were renovating. Not good service at all, and with newer hotels around they should be focus on the best services they can do, and if this is the best they can do I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

Im not sure what happened but i have not been enjoying staying here recently all the staff has either quit or been removed everything is ugly and under construction

Room and service was very good

The front desk ladies not all but some are very rude. And that's what really bothers me about that hotel. I came in to find out that my room that I booked and paid for was giving out to somebody else. Then the lady didn't want to give me a room at all and I had to do the searching on my phone to find out that there was other rooms available. So I asked you know for a bigger room as I ordered a king suite, and I seen that there was a kitchenette available so I asked for it. She wasn't happy about it but I was put in there. I understand stuff happens but you shouldn't be giving out rooms that have already been paid for When I finally got into the kitchenette room I was very surprised on how nice it was and how much space there was so thank you for that. It was a great couple days it's kind of felt like home. Parking is great you just got come back a little bit earlier so you can get a good parking spot aa sometimes it can be full. But all together it's a nice hotel if you're staying for a couple days if you got to go see the doctor or you're there for an Oiler game or an Elks game it's a great place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, and able to control the temperature well. We stayed 3 nights and we didn’t get any housekeeping. We had to ask for more coffee everyday. They told us at the end of our stay we had to ask for housekeeping when we checked in. Good location and decent pricing. Breakfast was not included but there is a restaurant on site that was decent.

Supper steak special was delicious but a little on thd cool side.
