Front desk staff are not very friendly

Room was ok and there were stains on the floor, the bathroom water was leaking as well when taking a shower.

The staff are amazing but the room is old carpets and beds needs replacements its old and dirty

The room was dirty, the fridge was dirty & had a broken piece inside it & the beds were not very comfortable When I showed the pictures & spoke to front desk they offered to compensate me but bcuz I paid online said they couldn’t but that they would discount me if I ever stayed again. I won’t be going back

Room was very nice and clean,. The hotel staff were excellent

Room was clean, bathroom was satisfactory, kitchen was great. Lower score is because of how long the check in wait was and that the back door didn’t have a working keu card entrance.

It was 4 Stars review, because the room was not perfect, some cosmetic issues with the room, like broken cealing, missing safety door lock, the bathroom was full of cosmetic issues made by a contractor, nothing major. And lack of running hot water. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, however I requested change of room because there was not hot water, we try other room on the other side of the hallway and same problem, front desk staff was able to get me a room with hot water in the bathroom. The staff honestly was great, being able to accommodate my needs and finding a solution for my issue with running hot water. Also they have a huge pothole full of water(the size of a pick up truck)and ice in the entry of the parking lot, probably the drainage system is clogged in the area.

Nothing fancy, but clean and cozy!

All of the icemakers and vending machines were empty, or there were none on our floor when we found them still empty you had to go to a separate part of the hotel to get ice

Nice staff. Very nice room. Everything was clean and it was quiet.

Room was clean, door did not work but was fixed promptly.

Definitely the staff, always friendly and willing to help right away. Amenities great as well.

Bedbug exposure — PROCEED WITH CAUTION During our stay at the Radisson Hotel West Edmonton, we experienced a serious issue involving bedbugs. We observed a live bedbug crawling across the pillow in our assigned room and immediately reported it to hotel management. We were moved to another room on the same floor. To our knowledge, this room was not inspected prior to the move, and during our own inspection we observed markings on the headboard that appeared consistent with bedbug fecal matter. By that point, our belongings had already been exposed. We were concerned by how the situation was handled. Surrounding rooms did not appear to be isolated, and we observed guests continuing to occupy rooms adjacent to the affected area. The pest control response appeared minimal, and we were not provided documentation, guidance, or the name of the pest control company. Only a partial refund was issued. This trip was especially significant, as we traveled to Edmonton to renew our vows, and we had priceless cultural and ceremonial items, including regalia and eagle feathers, with us. These items were exposed as a result of the circumstances, causing significant emotional distress and potential financial impact. Due to the exposure and how it was managed, we are now facing additional costs and precautions to protect our homes. Based on our experience, we would strongly encourage prospective guests to consider alternative accommodations.
