Very convenient, comfortable and affordable.

Convenient

It was convenient for where we had to travel to each day.

It was okay, but the building is clearly in need of work. The breakfast was okay, one day the breakfast sandwich was frozen. It is okay for an overnight but that is it.

Had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Also convenient to restaurants

We did not get the requested room, issues with staff, and breakfast was not what we were assured We were told Expedia confused our rooming request with a different couple and to late to fix it. We were to get 1st floor and didn’t we were to have kitchenette and didn’t. Hot breakfast not served but advertised. Expedia did not give what I discussed and because we were stuck with no other place to go. My husband settled with what they had left. Any questions contact me

It was quite and friendly staff

I reserved a room with 2 double beds and they only had a room on the ground floor with a twin bed Other then that ok

Nice location to go running in the morning as you are less than half mile from a park!

This is an old somewhat rundown motel. The rooms are small and bathrooms old. With that said, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nice and clean

The young lady at the front desk was polite and helpful. Entrance to the rooms we stayed in was directly from the outside parking lot area. Due to rain & wet shoes the laminate floors in the rooms became quite slippery. There was also black debris stuck to floor. The key cards and/or door lock were faulty and the key cards for both rooms did not function at least one time each and needed to be reset in the front office. Luckily this happened during daylight hours or our 80 year old companions would have been very upset. The bathroom door in one room did not seal completely and the power outlet near the bathroom did not work even after resetting the GFI. Bathroom fixtures were old but the surfaces appeared to be clean. At least one of the towels were stained and the sheets were significantly worn and should be replaced. The fabric on the chair in the room was badly soiled and the legs looked as if they might collapse. The sign for the exercise room pointed toward the basement at the bottom of a dark and narrow set of stairs. Given the not so great state of the rooms, we decided to pass on venturing to the basement. The area surrounding the hotel was nice and there was a great diner within a two minute walk. The location was convenient for a one night stay or the family event we were attending. We would not stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend it to others. We have stayed at other Best Western hotels in the past and were disappointed by the facilities.

Good little spot that had breakfast

We wanted to find a pet-friendly place to stay and landed here because options were limited. We will not stay here again. Room had a perpetual dank odor. Carpeting looked dark and dingy. Room had mismatched light bulbs giving off florescent lighting and warm lighting. Bath towels were too small to call bath towels and couldn’t be more worn out and thin. One towel had a hole in it; another tore when I tried wrapping the towel around me after a shower. Free full breakfast was okay at best although by day 3 of our stay, the options dwindled down to barely nothing, making me think that they only replenish breakfast items 1-2 times a week versus daily. The most annoying aspect of our stay were the room keys. They never worked when we swiped to open the door. We had to ask for new room keys three times. The third time we asked for new room keys we were asked why and we told them that when we swiped the cards they didn’t work. Their answer: “Oh that happens sometimes with the cold or wet weather; the swiping mechanism stops working.” Really? Try upgrading your old rooms, doors, locks, and the entire place while you’re at it. The gym room was downstairs in the basement which was in complete darkness until you entered. No wipes to sanitize the machines. No water in the water cooler; they placed a phone in top of the hole where the water jug usually sits. Dumbbells, weight balls and bench equipment were all Amazon Basics. Treadmill worked but was worn and old looking.
