Beautiful hotel with renovated spacious rooms. Pool area with showers and steam room nicely designed. Loved our stay.

Excellent hotel, great location, clean rooms. We loved our stay. Concierge was very helpful all the time, smiling and efficient. Good restaurants nearby. Many tour companies pick up from this hotel.

room,bathroom/shower is clean, seems newly renovated. staff were attentive and friendly. price comparable to other hotel in the area for the season. parking is extra and meals not included. hotel is walkable to shopping and restaurants or you can take the shuttle. parking is underground but enough spaces for the guests during our stay. ordered a takeout dinner which is a little bit pricey with small portions. unable to experience breakfast. bar drinks is ok.

Excellent value for Banff. Walk was 10 blocks into town. Some restaurants a bit closer. Bartender was super nice and drinks reasonable. Buffet breakfast was overpriced and mediocre. Hot tub was way too hot. Couldn’t stay in more than five minutes. Ask at the front desk to verify safe temperature and they turned it down some but still couldn’t stay in more than ten minutes. Other guests mentioned the same and barely put their feet in. Besides the pool and breakfast, the lodge is 5 star.

When we booked the room we thought we had a free breakfast, only to find out that was not the case.

Excellent accommodations and service. We were treated to a third floor corner suite. Location was ideal to the downtown and parking was very convenient.

Great hotel for the value. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Hot tub, pool, and steam room in the same area, indoors, not crowded, and on property. Was very nice and relaxing to go for a soak after a long day of exploring!

Stanley in the bar and restaurant area was amazing. Quiet and picturesque. TV and WiFi not great

Expensive but worth it for the convenience. Walkable to downtown and close to pickup points for tours. Room was large and bed was very comfy. Staff at the desk were very nice. Getting in and out of the parking garage was a little tight. Small cars/suv only for sure

Maid service was excellent. Location was very good. Concierge and assistance from front desk was average to poor. Restaurant was average. Nice place but not above average.

The rooms were great I hope continue with lobby Restaurant and pool. We walk down street to get coffee morning. Really nice if area in lobby. The first impression is the greatest. Staff from front desk to waitress and cleaning staff were great.

Property and room was clean. Nice location walking distance to everything. Staff was very helpful. Food was good in the restaurant
