Wonderful breakfast. Had Aoife for my massage at the spa and was wonderful . Some redecoration work happening on ground floor which did not impact our stay. Breakfast was 7-10, we kindly got a reminder call at 0930 that breakfast finishes at 10 - without it we would have missed breakfast. Nice efficient Brasserie - clearly popular with locals , so am glad we booked a table. Reception very helpful . One of our party decided to stay extra night , and negotiated a good rate. Grounds lovely to walk about. Outdoor hot tubs a bonus . Thank you very much

It is a beautiful hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The food and service is second to none. This was my first time staying and I am already planning to return.

Not my favorite place we stayed but perfectly fine. Busy and seem to be popular., we just wanted something a bit less like a hotel..and bathroom was dated. But again it was perfectly fine.

The Ballygarry hotel and spa in Tralee is a stunning hotel in its style and elegance. We stayed here two nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms are wonderfully appointed with large comfy beds, large bathrooms, large TV, room darkening curtains and plush carpeting to keep sounds to a minimum. The hotel halls are unique in that there are sitting rooms along the halls that add to the ambience as well as all of the added fabrics helping to create a silent space. We ate in both restaurants for 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts. Service was absolutely perfect with kind and efficient staff who made every request happen with a smile. We wish we could have used the bikes for a short ride but time and the weather did not cooperate. We did head out to the single peninsula on our one full day there and the location was ideal for getting there and back quickly. We would return here for sure if we come back as it’s a perfect hotel. One general comment about not only this hotel but really all the areas we visited in Ireland is that we found the Irish to be wonderful people, kind and attentive, and truly hospitable in all respects. The people here have left a very positive lasting impression on our whole family.

Beautiful grounds and relaxing spa area

Amazing welcome on arrival, cookies and strawberries in the suite as a welcome treat. Exceptionally friendly staff in the bistro with a great choice of dishes again exceptional service we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for a wedding and even with a late booking it was perfect. Great room and timely service. Breakfast was filling. Complimentary bikes was an added perk. The staff were doing everything effortlessly

It was a wonderful experience, all the staff are warm and friendly, the decor in the hotel is second to none, I will stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. Couldn't fault a single thing. Staff all so nice and want your stay to be memorable. Night porter had to leave me out late to collect my daughter and knew I'd be back in a half hour and was even watching out for us offering us tea or coffee. The manager brought our breakfast to the room in the morning and the reception was lovely along with the Spa staff. 100%. We will be back.

Excellent hotel, although, with no pool, only for spa users. Breakfast is amazing but coffee quality can improve.
