The pool area is great for kids. The breakfast is very good. The location is good. Unfortunately the cleanliness of our room was terrible. In addition the tub did not drain. We stayed 3 nights and there is no refresh of the room so we ran out of towels and TP. When walking up the hallways, there was dishes and food outside of doors from room service that stayed in the hallway 2 days! Additionally, I asked for a receipt at check out and when I looked at it I was charged double the rate of my Expedia booking price. I was able to fix that and have it credited back, but be aware that you should check your receipt if paying at the property.

The property was convenient as we were attending a training at the Inn. The common areas were clean and tidy but there wasn't anywhere to sit outside of the conference rooms. I did think the pool area was very cute and perfect for a family with small children. There wasn't anywhere to get coffee after they shut the dining room down after breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was pretty average. There was only one ice machine that was on the complete opposite end of the hotel from our room. The bathroom toilet was dirty from the top to the floor with urine streaks. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, so bad I couldn't sleep. The bathroom was tiny and the counter was detaching from the wall. If this room would have been cheaper my expectations would have been lower. The front staff didn't give any directions as to where things were located and when asked they were pretty rude.

Decent place to stay especially if you have kids. Don’t know if it was just our unit but the heater made the most horrible noise about 2 am. I’m pretty sure it woke the dead.

I wouldn’t recommend booking through Expedia for this hotel. You’ll get there and they won’t have any room for you and have to go through hell and back to get it.

I just really didn’t like this place, I was in a big hurry to find a place to crash for the night and it said it had a restaurant and bar, the place was just absolutely filthy. The atmosphere was trashy, some of the employees were just inappropriate and vulgar and gross. And I really hated how the bar had all these like bright overhead lights and lightbulbs right in your face it’s just a cheap uncomfortable atmosphere.

I reserved/paid for a king room with pool access when we go to check in we are told that our room was given away an we were offered a double bed pool access room that's it nothing offered to make up for the inconvenience of their giving out our room. So don't expect to get the room you reserved and paid for.

Great for kids

The facility was great, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The only real downside was the pillows and mattresses. Two small pillows wasn't enough. The mattresses weren't the more modern hybrid style--they were too soft or worn out and you could feel the springs. I was taken aback when we entered and the toilet seat was up--guess that's to show it was clean, but I've never seen that before and I'm in the industry. Thank you.

Average room hotel overall. Easy off/on highway. But the hotel pool was such a hit we would absolutely recommend for families c kids!

Older property but well kept. Breakfast was just so so. Good staff

We had to clear our own table for dinner the first night. Server not interested. Bar staff was excellent but over-worked and she tried so hard to keep up. Only one elevator working and it took FOREVER. Breakfast service was rubbish. Had to bang on kitchen door to get coffee as urn was empty but only four or five customers.

Check in was less than desirable. The hot breakfast was cold. Pool doesn’t open unti 9 am

Very quiet, clean room

We really like the pool for our kids and having the bar downstairs makes it nice not having to worry about a safe ride home

The hotel itself was great. Very convenient to what we were there for. BUT check-in took FOREVER. Not a great idea to put a new employee checking people in with no help when you’ve got a line out the door of people waiting to check-in. We had places to be……
