Very polite efficient staff.

From an incredibly friendly welcome the staff were wonderful throughout I must say. The room as a good size, clean and tidy, the bed very comfortable (and huge) and the air con worked really well. Excellent stay, would certainly recommend and stay there again.. 10/10

Hotel definitely seen better days, and was given twin room when paid for double - was informed they can swap rooms if they want to. Not great when you are 6'4" trying to fit in a single bed. The main reason why I wouldn't return here though is because I left my brand new £80 toothbrush in the bathroom, and realised this on my journey home. Called the hotel within 4 hours of checking out, only to be told that it wasn't there. So basically it had disappeared between me shutting the locked door at 8am and the call at noon. You make your own mind up what happened to it... Suffice to say I've stayed at many other places that don't have this issue.

Perfect location for the my stay. Rooms were nice and the staff were very kind and helpful. The following morning breakfast was superb, coupled with a visit to the swimming pool and spa certainly set me up for a perfect day. I shall certainly be returning again if I am in the area.

The property is run down and really needs refurbishing, although the room was as clean as it could be. The carpet was stained and damaged and the furniture well worn. We had strange sliding shutters at the window instead of curtains and when they were closed it felt a little like a prison cell! The bed was comfortable though and the room was quiet so we had a decent nights sleep. We only stayed one night after an event at Brands Hatch but wouldn't stay there again if in the area. Not worth the money paid.

A very convienient location. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool area needed a bit of updating though.

Good hotel, nice welcoming staff, lovely breakfast. Nice, good size room. Water pressure for bath quite low. Pool and spa lovely. Jacuzzi at boiling point. Would recommend and stay again.

Very cold in the foyer area.

I work locally so this is handy.

Good price. Fairly worn out hotel. Corridors the carpets are worn out, obvious water stains on ceiling. First room had no hot water, given a refurbished room as replacement. Good bar and good steak from restaurant. Large car park £6 per night
