It was my second time in the hotel. First visit was very welcoming. That’s why I chose the same hotel again. Unfortunately too many issues per one stay for 5 star hotel starting from the restaurant to reception. Finishing with SPA experience. Shame as I will be coming often but next time choosing another hotel.

A fantastic stay in a wonderful hotel. Perfect to explore Vilnius. Special thanks to George and the night bar team for making our stay so enjoyable, they were a credit to the hotel. Recommend!

The property is beautiful on the surface, but after a couple of days in the room you start to notice small condition and attention to detail defects. The service from Housekeeping was hit and miss. Things not replaced in the rooms like tissues or laundry lists/bags. And despite having DND on my door, I woke to a staff member entering my room to deliver laundry back.

Great hotel in a great location, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are nice and welcome. Recommended.

Good location to explore Vilnius old town. Comfortable bed and overall relaxing stay. Free access to indoor pool for all guests which was a nice bonus.

They did renovations at the lobby and didn’t mention it in the check in. The staff was occupied with that and as we wanted to check out to go to the airport at 4am there was no one at the temporary front desk. It took them some time to arrive. The rooms are clean but the design and the feel is old fashioned and not what it looks like in the pictures. Breakfast was great. Gym is in the same space as the pool so you can’t really work out without breathing chlorine. The sauna didn’t work as well.

Lovely hotel, so clean and tidy. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great too especially the gym/spa area.

This is not a 5-star as claimed - the rooms are quite outdated and need renovation, we didn’t have hand soap when we checked in, the staff didn’t seem to care.

Fantastic stay at this hotel in Vilnius Old Town. Excellent service from the staff at reception. Very close to most must see in Vilnius.

brilliant location and excellent service

Our check in experience with Ale & Adas was an enjoyable and professional experience. When I booked our two rooms, (one double & one single room, one male and a married couple), reservation I mistakenly added my friends wife to my room when she should have been added to her husband’s room. Ada & Ale and the three of us had a hilarious moment of fun filled banter and laughter as they corrected the situation. When we requested local cuisine dining options one of the restaurants Ada recommended and called could not accommodate us with a reservation. The next day while we were on a tour Ada, of his own volition checked with the restaurant for cancellations and notified me that they had an opening. This diligent effort by Ada was greatly appreciated. Every time we returned to the hotel and sat at the bar there was humorous dialogue with Ale and Ada. These two members of your staff were both an absolute pleasure to meet and interact with. They provided outstanding friendly professional customer service.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, decent breakfast

Excellent hotel for business travellers, especially enjoyed the in room breakfast options. No real negatives save that it would probably not be ideal for travellers with a vehicle as was located in the city centre. In every other regard this is a positive!

We loved our time at this beautiful hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and we enjoyed our room overlooking the town square.

Great location

Central location, with easy walks to sites. Large number of nice restaurants in area. Breakfast buffet was very good. I normally use public transportation to travel to and from airport, but stations a little too far to haul 50 lb suitcase over cobblestones. Used Bolt rideshare, which was reasonable and reliable.
