Newer rooms. Well maintained and clean

This hotel was ideally located to the customer site I was visiting. Also a McDonald's close by..4 min walk if you fancy a cheeky burger. Also a large grocery shop Crafour beside it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was the breakfast sometimes did not have some items always available. However the staff were attentive once made aware. Lovely view of the mountains ans wow comfortable bed.

From the outside, seems pretty old but inside, it's nice. Breakfast is good.

Room was excellent. Spacious and clean, with a high quality bathroom

The hotel was as expected. The only fault was the lack of towels.

Very nice and clean hotel with an excellent breakfast. The restaurant for dinner was amazing. Not too far from Grenoble…a short car ride . I would stay here again. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Close to the highway if one is driving through France but the room was overpriced for an upgraded category. Easy to find with GPS

Hotel was fine but we'd chosen this place as it had a restaurant so it was annoying to discover the restaurant was closed on Sundays

Needs a hotel near to the CHU hospital, so was very convenient for me, hotel was quiet, clean and good value for money. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Saturday as we were hungry, I would have booked elsewhere if realised!! However overall had a good nights sleep, breakfast was a staggering 18€ per person and the baguette was stale so wasn’t happy but the receptionist just looked at me when I complained and proceeded to charge me regardless. Would I recommend, I think yes if you upgrade to privilege as superior was just basic, 1 small bottle of Evian in fridge for 2 people, when advertise free bottled water, room was so hot but deemed too cold to put on a/c even though was 28c outside.

The location doesn't make this hotel the perfect spot for tourist and visit or Grenoble, as you will need to drive downtown and park, with minimum convenience, but for business, it was perfect.

The staff was very nice. Quick check in and check out. Breakfast was good. A nice restaurant very close walking distance, and a large shopping complex (which we avoided, but is there if you need it. We had our dog with us and she was welcome. There were lots of areas to walk her in the nearby neighborhoods.

WE would not have stayed if were knew there were extensive renovations taking place. The good thing was the room and the food. There should be a way for a hotel to inform potential guests that there are renovations taking place on the date of any future stay.

Nice hotel, with helpful staff. Downside was that the hotel restaurant does not open on a Saturday and neither does the bar. Unable to get any food or drink in the hotel at all.

Our second time visiting Grenoble, just staying for three days before returning home after four weeks in France.

it was a good experience, the rooms are great but the exterior of the hotel need more daily cleanup, but the inside and staff was great

not 4stars, not gym in the hotel, restaurant felt more like a cafe
