Room was nice. Bed was good. Clean. Lots of security.

Clean room, friendly staff, very good parking (covered parking during winter was a plus), but the pool was a lot of fun for the kids; good value for the price.

Air conditioning was broken. The staff helped as much as they could and weee been kind but the outside temp was 37 Celsius and without air conditioning it was not tolerable. Thankfully they comped our stay but still, it was an extremely uncomfortable night.

Front desk reception was very friendly and efficient. Hotel appears to have sufficient security staff on duty. Our room was clean and well maintained.

Might have been a coincidence but there was a fire alarm and a lot of loud guests making disturbances through the entire night! We were just passing through and stayed less than 12hrs.

I was pleased with the room, particularly the shower's door, which closed securely, a notable improvement over our first hotel. The gentleman at the front desk provided valuable recommendations for local dining, but we decided to dine at the hotel's restaurant instead. The food was outstanding. Although the burgers had a bit of heat, I enjoyed them that way. The only drawback was our server's delay in taking our order, but otherwise, it was a great experience.

The staff was excellent, very helpful. Gave us a free upgrade and free breakfast as the hotel was full of kids and wanted our stay to be pleasant and gave us a better room away from the noise of kids. Yes we be back.

My only complaint is the HVAC is very very noisy.

Super clean room, quiet, friendly staff! The breakfast was good too. Travelling across Canada, it's nice to stay somewhere that definitely cares, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay. Free parkade parking was a bonus!

Hotel très bien situé. La chambre avec cuisinette super pratique car il y a vait meme une plaque induction avec tout le nécessaire. Le seul hic c'est qu'il semble y avoir un problème avec la climatisation autant dans la chambre que dans les couloirs. Le spa , l'eau était pas propre et jet a peine fort.
