Nice property. About 10 minute drive from the city center. Excellent staff - very attentive. Property is a bit dated but still in great condition. The beds are not the softest - need replacing.

The guest service experience was exceptional from initial greeting upon arrival to appreciation of our visit when leaving (at 4:30am no less) and in my opinion was at a level I’m accustomed to when staying at Fairmont & The Four Seasons properties.

People attending were great and went over and above expectations.

The hotel was okay but the restaurant choices are very limited. No chicken sandwich only beef and a number of people do not eat red meat as I do not.

Staff were absolutely awesome. The room was very comfortable, and clean. We had a small balcony on our room. The food at the restaurant was very good. We had prepaid for dinner and breakfast was included. The food at the upstairs bar was also very good but not included. It is a little bit away from shopping and downtown but taxis are about 7€ or there is a hop on hop off bus nearby. The taxis mostly do cash only though. Only a few take credit card. It is a short ride to the airport and you can see and hear the planes coming in.

This hotel was convenient for being close to the airport. We left there just one night. He needs an update in the bathroom, but other than that everything was OK.
