The property is good in general

Decent hotel in a good location. Good value for money, but rooms were a bit small and sound insulation was not good at all. The street around the hotel was very nice with lots of small restaurants etc. but also quiet (when I say sound insulation, I mean from other rooms in the hotel - you can hear a normal conversation from the hallway)

Staff were friendly specially Gaby at the Barako restaurant. We felt very welcome even though we showed up with last minute order.

As soon as we arrived I have to ask bedsheets for the baby cot. Next morning I realized that the cot was extremely dirty under the mattress. Following day had again to ask to clean the bathroom. Cups for breakfast are not clean, marks of coffee and lipstick.

Basic,Fine, Comfy rooms are comfy..A little far from attractions but near a tram line. Some nice coffee shops across the street.

What a lovely hotel in a lovely quarter in Budapest (Pest, actually). From the get go, the staff was super attentive and took care of our every need. I shall return, and stay much longer. I loved the terrace of my suite! It was the small details that kept the stay so wonderful.

Great neighborhood

I was genuinely surprised by the positive reviews for this hotel. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The cleanliness was seriously lacking, with dust everywhere and an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The shower was poorly maintained, causing water to spill out onto the floor, and it was clear that maintenance hadn't been done in a long time. To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning for half a day and the entire night. The breakfast was terrible, and there were flies everywhere, making it an unappetizing experience. The only redeeming quality was the staff, who were friendly and helpful. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It was truly a terrible experience.

Excellent venue would highly recommend

This is a solid place to stay if you aren’t looking for anything fancy, but clean and safe.

This hotel has AC in on that day. It was 30° so made the state even more amazing. The staff upfront was attentive, friendly and even help me make reservations for a restaurant I couldn’t get in contact with.

Nice hotel, great breakfast, good WiFi, gym with everything I needed, very professional staff, location was good for me, good restaurant across the street, pretty quiet, I will be happy to come back. Thank you for a great stay.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms. Between 2 metro stations which are both about 5 - 10 minutes walk away. Lovely bakery opposite which does great pastries for breakfast (Manfred Pekseg), we only tried it 2 days before leaving or we’d have been every day during our week’s stay. Some great looking restaurants along the same street which were reasonably priced. Also recommend the Crafty Fox on the corner for wide selection of craft beers.

Great location with lots of restaurants and cafés along a lovely sidestreet. Close to tram to get around city! Excellent underground parking too. Air conditioner in room was great especially in this hot summer. Thank you!

Very good hotel and friendly staff

There is a reason this hotel is a little cheaper than other options available - avoid at all cost. On arrival to our room that we checked in for 5 nights, I found a bloody towel in my bathroom from a previous guest. I flagged this to reception and gave them the benefit of the doubt and just asked that all towels in the room be changed. Whilst waiting - I then proceeded to find blood sprayed all up the wall at the side of the bed which had not even been noticed let alone cleaned - i requested a move to another room (the manager sounded like this was an inconvenience to him!) and found that the new room was overall dirty too - toothpaste marks all over the walls in the bathroom etc - overall this hotel was dirty and in need of proper cleaning from staff.

Great location close to the city center in a quiet street. Affordable prices for a very clean and fairly modern accommodation.
