We had a nice view of the beach. However the room and bathroom could use an update.

No AC in this hotel, not a friendly staff, you have to make reservations for amenities and restaurant visits, so that's annoying if your plans change or time have to work your scheduled amenities time. Breakfast was OKAY, I feel like they have down graded a bit, but raised rates. The buffet breakfast was a bit sad. Not what it use to be.

Overall, a good hotel in Galway, situated in the Salthill Promenade, directly across from the ocean. Hotel is getting dated. Restaurant options are limited and you need to walk another 5-10 mins to find anything else. Rooms are small-ish but not terrible. No AC. Parking is easy and ample available. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Pool is small but fine for kids. Swim caps are required.

Breakfast. I feel like I have already submitted this info. The coffee from the “Machine” was horrible, horrible! Fortunately I discovered if you asked for “Pot” you had the most wonderful coffee. Traveling with a 10 yr old and 19 yr old made the Irish Breakfast not a good choice. On the 3rd day we ordered the “take away bag”. Both girls loved everything in it. Congratulations. The pool was a nice change. Being on the BAY was also FUN. Walking to the Prom Music show GREAT! We never tried Lunch or Dinner there. We did try lunch/lite bites at the Prom and were blown away. Sorry we can’t compare. Our room was nice, skimped on towels and the tub faucets were totally foreign to us. One hand towel for 3 folks was a bit unsanitary. The water was nice, the safe great for travelers. Best of all, your Front Desk Greeters were PERFECT!!!

Everything in the room and hotel was spotless, all staff were very friendly and helpful, parking easy and convenient. The breakfast was nice, especially with a view of the prom. About half an hour walk from the city centre but it's a lovely walk.

Lovely ocean facing room with lots of space.Bith the room and bathroom were clean if a little old fashioned. Staff in reception were very helpful but found the restaurant( Brasserie) staff a efficient but not particularly warm or welcoming. Location very good for sea front and for transport linksgto town centre.Some good bars and restaurants around- better value than eating in the hotel

Friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, and a clean room, but the property as a whole is showing its age. The breakfast was a letdown—it felt reheated rather than freshly made. Fine for a quick overnight stay, but foodies should look elsewhere.

Wonder place on the sea! Lovely views and great breakfast. Terrific east parking on site. Would stay here again!

Parking was easy and free. Staff within were not very professional. Getting food was terrible-very slow, not helpful and didn't care. Couldn't fathom check in rules as we couldn't get a room earlier yet a family member who had not arrived could....same type room. Crazy. I know it wasn't checkin time but we had to get changed for an evening wedding do and asked but they weren't very pleasant with their attitude

Excellent location on salthill. Waterfront is good beach to swim at. No air conditioning in our suite. Parking is tight. Breakfast is traditional Irish.

Wonderful Stay. Our favorite in Ireland! Beautiful view, convenient, parking was a breeze, great amenities, clean rooms, great water pressure in the bathroom and delightful staff. We highly recommend this hotel. 10/10
