Great location

We spent 1 night here as a quick stop-over during our travels. Their onsite parking garage was very confusing to find, so call ahead and get the specific coordinates for your GPS. Since we arrived later in September it was very quiet, not much to do, including limited dining, and places closed early. The woman owner (the one with the self portrait on the wall) is extremely arrogant and rude, so be sure to greet her and pronounce your words correctly! She also allows her large white dog to lay in the middle of the small reception area. Aside from that, the rooms were fine with a nice assortment of toiletries. Hotel is walking distance to the city center of shops.

Overnight stop so limited info but very enjoyable and right on the main square of the centro storico. Only issue we had is that the entrance to the underground parking is very narrow (but we managed).

Our first time to Cuneo and so pleasantly surprised! The town is lovely, relaxing. This hotel is a bit dated but well maintained. I loved the proximity to everything and and easy walk to the train station. Nice amenities, the linens were Luxurious.

Relaxed and friendly

Checkin was fast & efficient. The owners gave us a double and a single instead of a family suite which suited us just fine. Rooms were clean with enough toiletries & towels. Double entrance onto the pedestrian precinct & back alley to load/unload. Parking was right outside the hotel for the whole 3-day stay - very convenient. Housekeeping was polite and thorough. Breakfast was good with the basics. They made cappuccino & hot chocolate. Now, service. I forget some clothes in the closet so reception packed it and sent it to my home! Got it 3 days later. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and served as a base for Limone. 10/10

The hotel is well located (right on the heart of the old town) and is very well kept. Service is good and rooms are quiet and spacious. My only complaint is about the air conditioning which can not be controlled from the room, which makes the room hot at times.

Great location and unique setting close to everything the only issue is not easy to locate since it sits in a non car zone. Lack of parking an issue as well.

Good hotel just off Cuneo’s main square. Owners very welcoming, front desk helpful with local info & reservations. A few good, inexpensive pizzerias within 200 meters. Breakfast good with fresh fruit, cereals, cold cuts, breads & juices. 30 minutes from ski. Two negatives: Asked to pay cash for tourist tax ?! & publc parking in the parking deck than with hotel voucher?!

The Hotel is located in the heart of Cuneo and is considered to be one of the best in town. It is very comfortable and the staff is great. On this particular stay we had some issues with the A/C for a couple nights, but otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is very typical of the region and includes some great fruits, pastries, cheeses, and cold cuts.

Excellent reception - fast and friendly. Very helpful with dinner suggestions, shopping & afternoon tea. Room well equipped. Mattresses a little soft, but didn’t disturb sleep. Good choice at breakfast and staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, a great stay in center of Cuneo on pedestrian precinct with parking nearby. Great.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years for business and the quality of service is always exceeds my expectations. Wonderful staff and great price!
