The price ratio between location and crowd is just right. Favorite, very close to Metro station (M14), Bus Stop, FlixBus, Blabla bus, Carrefour Express, BercyVillage Complex. For those planning to go to Paris for the first time, don't forget to buy a Metro ticket for 1 day to get around Paris to zone 2 for approximately 8 Eur. Happy holidays.
